- Osterfjorden - Osterfjorden is a fjord in Vestland county. The fjord is one of three fjords surrounding the island of Osterøy. The fjord runs along the municipal border of Lindås and Osterøy municipalities. The fjord begins at the Romarheimsfjorden and flows to the west for 27 kilometres (17 mi) before ending near the village of Knarvik at the confluence of four fjords: Osterfjorden, Radfjorden (to the north), Sørfjorden (to the south), and Salhusfjorden (to the west). The Osterfjorden is generally about 1 to 3 kilometres (0.62 to 1.86 mi) wide and the deepest point in the fjord reaches a depth of 639 metres (2,096 ft) below sea level.

Embark on a 4-hour circular sea journey from Bergen, amidst breathtaking fjord landscapes. This extraordinary excursion will take you along the 27-kilometer Osterfjord. As we proceed, the fjord contracts between towering mountains, and we’ll smoothly navigate you through the intense streams of the shallow and thin Mostraumen strait. Our current, cozy boats are equipped with sundecks and kiosks providing refreshments and light bites.
- This tour will go in rain or shine. In the winter months, it can happen that the sea freezes in the innermost part of the fjord where there is a lot of fresh water mixed with the sea water, brackish water. If there is so much ice that there is no safe passage for boats, the captain will then choose an alternative route in this area. This is beyond our control and it does not give grounds for claiming a refund for the trip. We will always do our best to give our customers great experiences, even on days when the forces of nature are not easy to handle.

Fantastic Fjord cruise - Absolutely loved this tour. The scenery was unbelievable.
The tour from start to finish was around 4 hours.

Great views - The ride was comfortable and it took us to see the stunning views of the fjords. The instruments were clear and it actually last for almost four hours.

A beautiful cruise! - This was a terrific complement to a short stay in Bergen.
The cruise ship was large and comfortable. There was plenty of seating in an environmentally controlled inner area. But, if you wanted to sit out in the open, there was plenty of seating outside too.
The cruise lasted about 2 hours and was a wonderful way to spend some time in Norway. The Fiords were beautiful. This tour was narrated too so we knew what we were looking at and what was coming up ahead.
There was a snack bar on board and people had plenty of choices including beer and wine to choose from.
For those concerned with a rocking boat and sea sickness...we experienced none of those challenges. For us, the weather the day of the cruise was particularly unfriendly as it was cloudy, cold and misting on and off all day. The ride was still smooth and easy.
Getting to the cruise ship dock is right in the middle of Bergen and easy to locate.

A beautiful trip - A beautiful cruise. There are several companies offering this. We took the cruise by Rodne. A very comfortable boat. Fantastic views of the fjord opening followed by many small and medium-sized waterfalls and, at the end, a small village.

A must in Bergen - Very nice walk. The boat has good heating. If you can do it in the morning better, we did it in the afternoon and there is more fog and less visibility. Also arrive early to get a table with a side window, in the center seats you can't see much.
It's quite cold and windy, your hat can fly off. But it is worth it, the final views with the waterfall are spectacular. Even in winter and with fog it is beautiful. I recommend it without a doubt.

Good but not great - Views were great, staff polite, but it was missing that extra spark of something. Maybe a little longer, a stop somewhere, and a dash of customer service skills and that would push it that bit further forward with stars.
