A local’s guide to Bosnia! - If you are looking for a true local’s guide to Bosnia, this is your tour! Our wonderful guide, Tomislav (Tomi) took us with a small group for a tour of Kravice Falls, a small village called Polticej, and Mostar. Throughout the tour, he explained the history and the local culture. We really appreciated how accommodating he was to ensure the comfort of all passengers. Unlike more ‘commercial’ tours, we liked how this tour allowed us flexibility to explore at our own pace and truly appreciate the sights and culture of Bosnia. We recommend eating a big breakfast before you start as it will be a long time before the lunch break in Mostar. Do not miss out on all the pastry shops Tomi recommends along the way— he took us to some great finds!

A really long day, but absolutely worth it - The day is LONG. But you do get to see some amazing sights and a scenery while you're in the car. Tomi is an amazing guide, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and was happy to discuss and answer any questions we had. There was a total of 7 of us on the trip. There were plenty of comfort breaks along the way before getting to the first destination. Every destination is beautiful and worth seeing. During our reflection after the trip we all had a different favourite spot and for different reasons. Bosnia is a really cool place, and I could not recommend this trip enough. Especially if you love history - it is absolutely worth the very full on day. Hvala Tomi!

Great experience - This tour is amazing. I appreciate it because I don't usually use tours and I'm dry. The guide is very kind. He speaks English with a unique accent and a mixture of his native languages, but he is well-informed about the information he needs. If you want to know more about the history explanation, it is good to have advanced hearing skills and background knowledge in English beforehand. I was also blessed with a companion for the tour. It was probably a host mother from Taiwan, two of her friends and three students who came to study there, and they were very smart and polite. It was a really great experience. One caveat is that you should be prepared for lunch time in Mostar to be quite late. You should bring snacks beforehand and eat them at a waterfall.

Perfect Mini Group Tour to Mostar - Mini Group of 8 to Mostar and Kravice waterfalls. Tomi was kind to provide us drinks for the journey. Tomi vehicle is comfortable and great driving to make us feel safe. Kravice waterfalls was superb and Mostar old town was perfect. We also did a mini stop at Poticelj, which dint interest us too much, as there wasn't much to see. Overall, it was a great day trip from Dubrovnik.

amazing day trip - guide was amazing , Tomislav did very nice job to plan and guide us for complete day , he was very attentive and asked us to carry passport and other important documents for crossing border , he was attentive and we loved every part of trip

An Excellent Day Trip - Great day trip from Dubrovnik and one you should do if you have the time. Each stop was well worth the visit, and Mostar is something out of a fairy tale. We were lucky enough to see it in both day and night, and there was ample time allowed to eat and explore the Old Town.

Good places. Lovely country - It is a great tour but we were disappointed with the guide. He is kind and you can tell he wants to look after you but you can't hear him. Our lovely American lady told him twice but he didn't get the hint. We just couldn't hear him and i am sure he had loads to say as he was talking but no one could hear him The trip was meant to start at 8. It was 9.15 by time we left. He was late to every meeting place too and we were waiting for him. This may be his experience of ensuring people were there but it didn't feel professional and we had to wait He was good with loo stops though. The trip was too long and it could be shorter. We got back at 9.15ish. If pick up was at 8 like it was meant to be and if timings were better you could end up with an evening too but we lost an evening. Make sure you eat in Bosnia and plan for it taking the whole 12 hours and not 9 as advertised Both kravice waterfalls and mostar are well worth visiting.

Could have been better - Tomi is a nice guy and is trying hard but the trip definitely needs improvement. He speaks very low and it’s quite difficult to hear him even if you’re not sitting in the back of the van. He was almost 20 minutes late picking us up from our first stop which dug into time we could have spent in Mostar. This trip could be amazing and I hope Tomi makes some adjustments for future excursions

Terrible customer service - Worst experience ever. Got dropped at last minute due to weather. ( Suspect not enough people on tour). Was told we were booked on next available and was dropped again. When exchanging texts I have never had such rude customer service in my life. Don't risk even booking with this guy.
