Unforgettable Experience of a Lifetime - As a first-time Tanzanian safari explorers, Leo and Charles give us a bespoke itinerary after an initial conversation on the phone guiding us on how best to maximise our 3-day trip while meeting our requirement. Our 3-day adventure of a lifetime commenced with an airport pick up and drive from Kilimanjaro to Tarangrie national Park. The journey was filled with vast information about the history of names and places of the Northern region as we bonded over our shared heritage. As soon as we arrived in Tarangire, Leo shared her knowledge about the animals and birds we encountered during the drive and our evening was concluded with a spectacular sunset picnic out in the wild. Our second day was filled with enthusiasm and positive energy as we saw more of Tarangire, Leo's patience allowed us to observe and be surrounded by Elephants allowing us to learn from nature followed by her famous word Twende? Which is Swahili for ready to go? We headed into a Maasai Village for an immersive cultural tour followed by a drive to Karatu in anticipation for an early morning drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Our third day was nothing short of spectacular, we enjoyed the glory of Ngorongoro morning mist as we spotted the big 5. Leo was the first to sight animals even guiding other guides and rangers! We have never wanted a trip to not end like we did during our Safari by Leo. We felt cared for and looked after during the whole trip which exceeded our expectation by miles! Thank you, Leo and Charles, for an unforgettable experience and the bond we've created, looking forward to more adventures together :)

An experience never to be missed - I went on a five day safari to Serengeti, Tangarire and Ngorongoro Crater. We were being given the best hospitality one could have had value for money. It was an amazing experience. If times could be reversed, I would definitely pack my bags as of now and hit the road back again. Charles and Leo were so amazing from the first time I contacted them. All was set. Then from the airport, it was the same . We had a warm welcome. It was am amazing experience. Leo , the female driver was so exceptionally well indeed. Along the way she would also show us the animals. We saw the big 5 too. Her driving was good too. I would highly recommend them . They are so amazing. I'm looking forward to returning there soon.

Unique and personal journey through tanzanian nature and culture - What an incredible safari! Leo took exceptional care of every single aspect of our trip: accomodation, meals, perfect diversity of experiences from hiking to cultural immersion and of course the National Parks. At the end of our trip we felt lost without her! ;) It was a priviledge to have so many close encounters with the animals in the parks: lots of elephants, girafes, sooo many wildebeests and zebras, and even a lioness preparing for a hunt right next to us! We were also lucky enough to enjoy rare sightings of a rhino and a caracoal! The Ngorongoro crater was very special with its salt lake, flamingos and pelicans, absolutely unique. What I enjoyed above all was how personal this journey felt. Leo adjusted the trip to our rythm and interests, and shared a lot about her country, culture, values and experiences. She's a very professional guide AND a wonderful person: enthusiastic, positive and very commited! It really felt like a sisters' safari ;) Thank you so much Leo, hope to see you again for another adventure!

Unforgettable amazing safari and cultural trip - We had the most amazing time with Leo and Charles. They were an expert in their fields and their enthusiasm was contagious. We left with Leo for the Serengeti after we did Ngorongoro with someone else. Her driving style was way better, as we were expecting to become very nauseous. However Leo knew the road and how to drive over it. In Serengeti she knew all the roads. We saw beautiful animals in the central of Serengeti and in the north of Serengeti we were lucky enough to see the great river crossing 3(!) times. Leo ensured us the most amazing spot while taking care of our safety. Also the cultural side by visiting lake Natron and lake Eyasi was beyond our minds. We visited the Masaai, Datoga and Hadzabe tribe. This made our trip through Tanzania complete. We finished our tour in Arusha, where Charles took over. He did an amazing job as well showing us around. This was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend safaris by Leo. Leo and Charles, Asante Sana, keep up the good work with your tours as well a empowering woman. We will see you!

Every day felt like a lifetime of amazing activities, experiences and emotions! - I cannot thank Leo and Charles enough for an amazing experience! Highlights: 🐆 Private lunch with a Cheetah During our Ngorongoro and the Serengeti safaris we were in for a treat. Leo knew what we wanted to see so every stop felt like a personalised experience with the animals. WE SAW THE BIG 5 AND THE UGLY 5! Pro tip - Leo knows a lot of side roads, which are away from the main roads with tons of safari vehicles, this is how we got to enjoy lunch with a Cheetah - just us and the Cheetah with its kill!). 🐘 So many lions and elephants sightings - too many species to count Tarangire National Park has an abundance of elephants! We got to witness the most amazing dazzle of zebras making their way to the water hole, an incredible sight. We were welcomed into the Serengeti by two lions before we even reached the gate and it only got better from there. Oh and the babies: we saw a rhino calf, hyena and lion cubs! Hippos + crocodiles + an abundance of birds! 🤩 Personalised, thoughtful itinerary Leo and Charles created a personalised itinerary based on very little input from my friend and me (we only said that we wanted to see Ngorongoro and the Serengeti). It included some hiking, a diversity of national parks and time to recharge. 🛏 Great accommodation with delicious food! Every single one of our accommodations was good but the absolute standout was our night at Narudi Tented Camp. We could hear the lions and hyenas during the night outside our tents. They also have an amazing camp fire! 💡 Super knowledgeable guides On our first day, we did a short hike to Materuni Waterfall, just before Kilimanjaro National Park. Totally worth it! Charles was a great guide, sharing much about the local tribe, the different plant species and the fruits which grow everywhere! We spent some time with the Chaga Tribe and had an arabica coffee tour, which was a beautiful experience. Driving through Materuni and seeing how the locals live was a great way to reset and slow down ahead of our tours of the national parks. We also managed to get a few sightings of Mt Kilimanjaro through the clouds - this was incredibly special.
