Trustable, supportive, good service, responsive - We had an unforgettable honeymoon experience with this tour company! We decided almost at the last minute, but they managed to organize everything perfectly in just about a week. The Kilimanjaro climb and safari were truly once-in-a-lifetime adventures, and the price was much more reasonable compared to other tours.
A special thanks to our amazing guides, Samora and Anderson. There were moments when I felt like giving up, but thanks to their constant support and encouragement, I made it to the summit. It’s an achievement I will never forget.
Everything was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free, which allowed us to fully enjoy our honeymoon. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable adventure in Tanzania

As the first time visitors to the area and decided in a very short call, first contact to Kitano to end of mt kili climb, just 10 days, they responded very timely manner. It is a company of its word. They met all their commitments. They respect all timings, no hassle for late arrivals or early pick ups , transfers , are all good. Great experiance! Amazing tour! - We are really happy and lucky to find Kitano Tours on Viator.com .We had great time in our 5 Days Marangu Route to Mount Kilimanjaro. The crew was amazing, our guides Muddy and Tadey-they are the BEST!!They know when to motivate you and when to tell you what's best for you. The food was delicious , no one got sick, and we were never hungry-no need for any dehydration meal to be carried -we did take some and in the end we gave all
to the porters ;-)Our group,5 people ,we all made it to the summit-thanks to Muddy and Tadey. I don't think we would have made it without their support-summit night is hard physically and mentally, don't kid yourself. Also big thanks to all our porters, without them this would not be possible-they carried all our staff and they were very helpfull.Special thanks to Mark,Moses and Genius .During our hike we slept in the huts, the beds are very comfortable-no need to carry a matteress. Its cold up there so take good sleeping bag!! We would definitely recommend this company!! Also Emanuel was very professional and polite. We found medals in souvenir shop (I climed Kilimangaro) and I asked him if he can get them for us, and to our surprice he did ;-)Thank you! Great people, good company and unforgettable time.Thank you for a wonderful experience.

THEY ARE BEST!! I WANT TO GO AGAIN - It's a long climb to the summit (we spread it out over 5 days in order to help us adjust to the altitude, following the quieter Rongai route) but also a fairly easy one from a technical perspective. You basically just walk to the summit and need only a good pair of boots, warm clothes, and some stamina. The final push is usually done under the cover of darkness (setting off from the summit camp around midnight) but in exchange for the long day, you reach the summit around dawn. Spectacular views of the sun rising over the African plains (not to mention the volcanic caldera and what's left of the Furtwangler glacier) if you make it! I recommend you this company 100%

All fifteen hiking team members - guides, chef, camp master, waiter, porters - From the planning expertise of Emmanuel to the hiking leadership of Migaan and Michael, this trip was perfectly executed. All fifteen hiking team members - guides, chef, camp master, waiter, porters - were genuinely eager to please, grateful for any thanks and happy throughout. It was our privilege to be in the company of these fifteen people for seven days who were so sincere and honest. Every single one of them was responsible for getting the four of us up to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro and back down again. We are eternally grateful and they will always be part of our lives

Big team and friendly people - Our private group expedition proved highly successful with all seven of our hikers reaching the summit. Following this challenging climb, the safaris to Tarangire and Ngorongoro were more than any of us expected. Lots of big game animals in the wild! highly recommend this company as they know how to do expeditions right!!

If you plan to hike Mount Kilimanjaro think about Kitano Tours. I would recommend this company without hesitation. - Our guide, Mudi, took care of everything. Our trip was organized and we were consulted to ensure that we were happy with the plans. This trip specifically was amazing. Mudi Not only organized everything but given we hiked Mt Kilimanjaro, he also checked in with us in terms of our health. Constantly making sure we were ok with the increasing altitude. In addition to this Mudi made the trip fun by telling stories as we walked.

We made it to the Summit with Kitano Tours - Excellent experience, I will never forget it.
the trip was well organized. Started with a great briefing and the hotel had us all sat together as a group for meals both before and after the climb which was a great way to get to know each other before we started and a good opportunity to say goodbye.
the guides were superb and the company was second to none. Had the best time and tamed the beast. Highly recommended.

ADVENTUROUS HIKE - i had an adventurous hike with this company, the guide was highly proffesional and very knowledgeable, the team was helpful and supported me all the way to the peak, without them i wouldn’t have made it.
the marangu route was a bit gradual compared to what i was expecting but still it was challenging in it’s own way, my guide was very attentive and he made sure i was okay all the way, he was very encouraging and made the hike more fun.
