Materuni Waterfalls was Really Amazing - Visiting Materuni Waterfalls was an absolutely unforgettable experience! The hike through the lush green scenery at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro was breathtaking. The fresh air, beautiful landscapes, and the sound of nature made the journey just as enjoyable as the destination itself.
The waterfall is stunning and tall, powerful, and surrounded by incredible natural beauty. Swimming in the cool, clear water was refreshing and exciting. The local Chagga community was very welcoming, and the coffee-making tour was both fun and educational.
If you’re visiting Moshi or planning a trip near Mount Kilimanjaro, Materuni Waterfalls is a must-see destination. Highly recommended for nature lovers and adventure seekers!

Relaxing and Refreshing Hot Springs Experience - Visiting the hot springs was the perfect way to relax and recharge. The water was warm, clean, and incredibly soothing, especially after days of activity. The natural surroundings made the experience even more special, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. It was well organized and not overcrowded, allowing us to fully enjoy the moment. A great place to unwind, take photos, and enjoy nature. I highly recommend checking out the hot springs if you’re in the area—it’s a must-do experience.

A little adventure to begin my trip in Tanzania - Chemka Hot Springs is the first place I visited the day after I arrived in Tanzania. The road is quite bumpy, but my guide did an amazing job driving us there. The water is clear and the trees around create shade from the sun. I rented a buoy for 10,000 TZS. I went on a Monday and there were not a lot of people. I recommend going with African Trek and Travel, I got a quick response upon contacting them via WhatsApp and am happy with the service.

The spring is huge enough so tag your crew! - very nice place to enjoy nature, the current in the spring was strong making swimming abit difficult. The fish massage is everything.
If you are not Tanzanian prepare for crazy rough roads 10kms of dust and pebbles before you reach your location!!

We explore so much in ecology🫂 - A well-organized trek with a fantastic team! Our guides kept us informed and safe, making sure we enjoyed every step. Their knowledge of Kilimanjaro, combined with their experience, made all the difference in ensuring we reached the summit. All four of us made it to the top thanks to the efforts of our guides and the fantastic porters. The food was incredible, and we were well taken care of throughout the trip.

Materuni waterfall Kilimanjaro - This excursion was absolutely beautiful. The communication was great and everything was as described. We learned lots about the culture as we hiked and then had a delicious lunch and ended the day swimming in the hot spring. It was our first day in Tanzania and a beautiful introduction to the country.

Incredible views - If you're looking for a truly unforgettable experience in Tanzania, Materuni Waterfall is a must-see. Located just outside of Moshi, this stunning 70-meter waterfall is tucked away in the lush rainforest, offering an incredible blend of natural beauty and tranquility. The journey to the waterfall itself is an adventure, with a scenic trek through the vibrant village of Materuni, where you'll pass by coffee farms, local farms, and breathtaking landscapes.
Once you reach the waterfall, the view is nothing short of spectacular. The clear, cool water cascades dramatically down into a crystal-clear pool, creating a serene atmosphere that makes the hike well worth it. The sound of the rushing water, combined with the fresh, cool air, is incredibly refreshing and peaceful.
