- Renter is in charge of the boat and their crew, must be 25 years or older to rent and drive, and must follow the rules and guidelines of the operator.
- Additional charges will be assessed if boats come back dirty, damaged or wrecked.
- Swimming, fishing, and smoking of any substance are not permitted on the boats.
- Boats may only be docked at the operator’s dock. No beaching or docking elsewhere is allowed.
