Great experience with the family - Excellent balloon tour - I highly recommend this company as they offered the best price for my family.
We were taken to the site , where most companies depart from and we had a coffee and some cake, then we were given a pre flight brief. We then took the area where they were inflating the balloons which is a spectacle of its own. The basket can take 14 people in total , but you get your own compartment which felt reasonably spacious for me and my two teenage daughters. There was enough space to change positions and take the best photos and selfies. Our pilot Kiri (Lithuanian guy -sorry if I misspelt your name) was very knowledgeable and funny. He was very descriptive of geographical and historical facts of the landscape and the environment , animals etc .
The flight time was nearly an hour - it goes rather quickly when you are in the air.
Once we landed we were taken back to base where we had a delicious breakfast.
The only downside for us was the very early wake up at 4:30 but our hotel was quite far out , so not the company’s fault.

An experience well worth your time - Taking off to view the sunrise over the mountains was incredible. Our pilot, Rego, was both highly capable and funny, making the ride all the more enjoyable. A couple of precautions.... Communication with the company is not the best. Be sure to have WhatsApp, and be sure to contact them at least a day before your planned departure to square away your pickup point and time. Also, not sure the videos are worth it. The drone video ($30) is choppy and doesn't do any close-ups. Still, it gives you a perspective of the overall experience.

Once in a lifetime experience! - Superb experience! Professional organization, professional and friendly pilot. Nice welcome, nice breakfast afterwards. Everything was taken care off.

A must do in Marrakesh - We had an amazing time! Pick up was well organised and our driver was very competent and managed to get us out of some tight spots in busy Marrakesh. On arrival it was well organised, our pilot Caylee was great and kept us informed all the way. The view was amazing ! The breakfast was a very nice way to end the activity. They offered a video and photograph package which we paid for and the results were great and such a nice way to keep the memory of the trip!
