Driver Review - We went with driver Youssef Khouiammi, highly recommend. Good time, gave us good information and a good fun drive at 5am and was on time. Shared many good stories and was very convenient. The drive was very smooth as well. Highly recommend his services - honestly in my time in travelling one of the best drivers I’ve had. I would be very happy if he was my driver all the time. Hot air balloon ride was also very fun, great must see experience

Unforgettable Experience - Excellent experience. Well organized. Bruno the pilot had a lot of knowledge and we enjoyed it a lot. A unique experience. The day was perfect there was almost no wind. A perfect landing. We loved the experience.

Guide in English - The experience is fabulous, but I hired a guide in Spanish and nobody spoke a word of Spanish, in that aspect a fraud, otherwise very well.

But what trip???? - The flight was canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions but I was not contacted for a refund that not being able to reschedule for scheduled return to Italy is rightfully due to negative experience
