Feeling relaxed - Fantastic, great massage. Well looked after. O was asked to remove my swimsuit completly as the top and bottom half was connected make sure to wear bikini top and bottom. Very relaxing and the ladies where friendly and attentative.

Fabulous Hammam experience - We were nervous about this experience as it’s our first time to Marrakesh and we had no idea what to expect! The ladies were absolutely lovely, the massage was amazing and we got to have a couples massage which was great. The hammam was a fabulous experience and we loved it so much we are coming back next week before we go home!

Hammam and Massage Experience Highly Recommended, Despite a Logistic Setback - ​My experience was highly recommended and I would not hesitate to repeat it if the opportunity presented itself. I started with a Hammam session with Nassar that exceeded the 45 minutes indicated; at no time is there a sense of being timed, which contributes enormously to relaxation. Later, I moved on to another room for the relaxing massage with Jeronomy, which was also excellent. Regarding the location, I should mention that the first impression may be somewhat atypical, as it is accessed through lows without direct entrance from the street or exterior signage of the Hammam. However, I would like to emphasize that once inside, the establishment is extremely professional, hygienic and, in general, highly recommended. The only point to improve was the Pickup Service from the hotel. I was scheduled for an hour and the arrival was delayed by an hour due to a change of driver, which was a logistical inconvenience. In short, the quality of the treatments and the professionalism of the staff make this an experience worthwhile, despite the minor setback with transport.

Hammam as a couple to repeat. We really enjoyed it. - I loved the first part of hammam. The lovely girls. Something removed from the center but we loved it

Our opinion is mixed on the service - The steam room was really great! We really liked it. The girls were very nice. On the other hand we liked much less the massage part. The girls were just talking to each other whispering, which prevented us from being able to fully enjoy this relaxing moment. Also the one who massaged me with hyper rough hands which is very unpleasant, and she only yawned (it happens to yawn but please with a little more discretion)

Sick??? - Everything was wonderful except the massage therapist that gave the massage to my friend was ill. She was sneezing and coughing all over her and now she is getting sick. How is she supposed to enjoy her time in Morocco while she's sick? I also thought it was completely inappropriate that they asked for a tip to be put under the rug

Poor - The massage did not last more than one and half hour but i spent more than one hour waiting for the car driving everywhere to pick up other client. The quality was poor and the spa people didnt seem to have any experience. I do not recommend going there.

No pick up driver - This rating is not on the hamman spa itself, its on viator pick point in Marrakech I book this experience for 2 people waiting for pick-up at our hotel. No driver shown up so we never had a chance to do the spa. We waited over an hour

DO NOT BOOK HERE! terrible service, communication and experience. - DO NOT! I MEAN DO NOT BOOK THIS! The only bad experience i had in Marrakesh! The activity was booked for 10am informed us it would be 3hour which included 45mins of hamaam scrub and 45 minute massage. The driver picked us up at 10am, we got there around 10:50 with another 2 people, when we arrived we were sent to sit in the waiting area at this time it was 11am, we asked what time we would start and were told in 5 minutes, we waited patiently till 12pm and asked again as we had another excursion booked and needed to leave at the latest 13:30pm, the receptionist told us it would be a few minutes. (Bearing in mind we have been sat in a waiting area for 1hour and another group who came after us has already been called in), we asked to cancel the reservation and no refund was offered, we asked them to call the driver to take us back the receptionist became irate and started shouting. When expressing concerns and dissatisfaction with the service we got she proceeded to shout in our faces and threatned to call the police even after we were happy to leave with no service. She called the driver when we left and demanded him to bring us back, she came to she car and started yelling at us saying it was not her fault. Overall the worst experience i have ever had, only one receptionist spoke english and when we translated information via phone they did not even try to give us answers. The 2 people we arrived with said it was the worst they have ever had and other 4 people who we didnt know left with us after the verbal altercation! Truly the worst encounter i have ever had. It appeared they favoured "white" clients and us 3 "black" girls were ignored and left wasting over 4 hours of the day with no reasonable explanation. If you want to waste your money and be verbally abused and threatened then by all means book here. KIND WARNING, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE DOESNT EVEN CONVEY THE LEVEL OF DISSATISFACTION
