Your private guide will collect you from your accommodation and discuss your preferred meal choices with you. You can decide whether you’d like to cook a tagine, a couscous-based meal, a Moroccan salad, or perhaps bake bread or pastries. Regardless of your choice, you’ll be guided by an expert chef.
Then, you’ll accompany your guide to a local market to purchase the needed ingredients. Your excursion will include a visit to the souk to gather all the essentials for preparing the bread, salad, main course, and dessert. This experience will also involve using a 400 year-old communal oven and culminates in a shared meal in authentic Moroccan tradition.
Back at your accommodations, you’ll first learn about the ingredients and traditional Moroccan cuisine, before starting the cooking process with hands-on guidance from the amiable chef. After the preparation is completed, there will be ample opportunity to relax, to savor the fruits of your culinary endeavors, and converse with your local comrades.
The tour concludes with your guide returning you to your accommodation.
