Initially, she received her certification as a Therapist, followed by a degree in Exercise Science and Sports Psychology. Her thirst for knowledge never ceased: she attended training programs across the globe, notably in Hawaii and China. A few years back, she found love and relocated to Valle D’Aosta, where she realized her ultimate dream: initiating a holistic fitness and wellness hub, with a core focus on individuals’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
