Super experience, very tasty food - This was a great experience. You are introduced to the traditional food of French Polynesia by very friendly and professional people. Their kitchen area made for eduction is spotlessly clean and the produce they use very fresh. Everything was so tasteful and the stories behind make it an activity I'll never forget. Also Audrey shared the recipes afterwards to make it again at home (though I doubt if we could find such fresh tuna in my country).

An interesting culinary journey - Audrey and Stevenson offer a beautiful moment of cultural and culinary sharing in their studio located in the heart of nature. A unique opportunity to discover some basic ingredients of Polynesian cuisine grown on site and cook under the attentive eye of the guests. The morning ends with a lunch in common with the dishes. Not to be missed for an original and exotic exchange activity

Awesome culinary immersion experience! - My wife and I had an incredibly fun time learning about various Polynesian foods and implementing different cooking techniques! The entire team was extremely welcoming and gregarious. The food was delicious and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Make sure to bring plenty of mosquito repellent but we would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for an invigorating Polynesian culinary immersion!

Easily a trip highlight if you like cultural experiences. - What an incredible experience with amazing people. The ingredients were locally sourced such as the fish, or grown on site. If you’re looking for an authentic experience with cultural value and authenticity this is what you’re after. Not only was the food delicious, but our hosts were knowledgeable and great teachers. If you’re on the fence about booking or not, just book it. This is an experience that I will always look back on with fondness.

great fun and you learn so much - great fun and lots of laughs. You get to learn about your organic natural products and how they are grown. Then you get to help prepare and cook the ingredients and of course the most fun part, you get to sit down and enjoy the meal with your classmates.
