Amazing Quebec City - I highly recommend this tour. Both the driver and the guide were awesome. We loved to hear the past and the economy history of the province of Quebec.

Katia and Normand Must do Show - Katia was so nice and knowledgeable. It was also impressive how she could switch from one language to the other (English, French, and Spanish) - Pity I didn't have cash to tip but really pleased with the professionalism and knowledge. Normand went also above and beyond to introduce history and keep us entertained through out the day, much more than just driving! Time well spend. I realised that 1 day might be a bit short to appreciate Quebec city fully, it is a beautiful city!

Wonderful guided trip to Quebec City was a true pleasure. - Narrated history of the region and city followed by a walk-about. We enjoyed the sites sounds and food available. The falls was very beautiful. The coach was very comfortable. The driver-guide was excellent.

Beautiful trip - We are very glad we took the tour to Quebec City. Truely a beautiful world heritage site. Our guide Joanne was very informative and our driver Richard was fun. The stop at the falls, though short was well worth the visit.

Great Option for a Day Trip - Had a great time. Norm was our bus driver/guide during the drive from Montréal to Quebec City. Roger was our tour guide in Quebec City. The pacing was well done and while yes it is a lot of driving, there was enough breaks and free time that the time went fast. A critique with Roger would be his behavior in acquiring tips at the end. His demeanor changed from very polite to something akin to a beggar on the street as we were leaving.

Worth the long drive - Our driver was amazing and the guide was good once we arrived. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it was hard to hear him with the large group. Otherwise it was a good time to see the sights, eat and shop.

Nice but rushed - It’s a long ride, be prepared. There really should be more time in Montmorency Falls and less chit chat from the guide in Quebec City. Time in QC goes fast!

If things go wrong, don't expect help to be quick. - A trip of 2 experiences. Part one: the trip to Quebec was brilliant. Although long, Russell (our driver) managed to keep us occupied with info about Montreal, etc. He was very clear about breaks, how long we would stop, what to do when we got there, pick up time, etc. In Quebec we got a tour of the city, but tbh, it wasn't a tour, it was a walk around a few streets with a bit of history thrown in. But interesting enough. The trip to the falls was a little rushed. Enough time to take a photo and go. So I would say if you want to visit the falls, go on a tour to just there. There is a lot to do there. We got a good amount of free time back in Quebec. Enough to see what we wanted, get a bite to eat and enjoy the city. Warning: pavements are STEEP in Québec. Part two: the return journey. The bus broke down just outside Québec. We managed to limp to a business that our driver had been told would help. It was shut. Despite Russell's very best efforts, we were there for a l-o-n-g time (hours), with no food, no water and just the bus toilet. We could hear our driver talking to the company, and tbh, he was getting no help from them at all. Talk of the replacement bus being with us or help on its way asap was complete rubbish. Luckily for us, a local business opened their doors to us so we could use the toilets and sit in the canteen. We did eventually get back - about 4½ hours late. I cannot praise Russell enough. He was brill - even organising full refunds for us all. But this is now the 2nd time I have been on a Grey Line bus tour that has had issues. Will I use again - probably not
