If yo only have a few hours…take this tour! - Our guide Francois was knowledgeable, entertaining, engaging and made our 3-hour tour fly-by too quickly. Although a coach tour experience, opportunities to leave the bus and walk-around at picturesque sites were provided. Overall an exceptional experience well-worth the price. Highly recommended.

Great overview of Montreal - Our guide was very knowledgeable; he has been a guide in many cities and could compare and contrast cultures, geographical features, histories, and more. Plus he had a very dry and wonderful sense of humor!

Worthy - Montreal is a big city with sights scattered around so it's most suitable to be with a tour bus with professional guide who knows the history, culture and current affairs and you are able to know the city in the shortest time.

An amazing overview of Montreal! - Our guide was excellent. Our guide provided history along with local lore. We got to see many aspects of Montreal in the short amount of time for the tour! Stops were adequate. Overall I would highly recommend this tour if you have limited time in Montreal. A benefit was that we were picked up at our hotel and returned to our hotel!

So so - The tour was advertised as being for English speaking visitors. Because 2 people weren’t fluent in English, the ENTIRE narrative was given in both languages. It was so distracting and gave us a headache.

We had a 1pm tour. The... - We had a 1pm tour. The bus never showed and the staff managing the buses were confused. Finally found out there mechanics Al issues and they needed to send a new bus. We had to switch to the shorter hop on hop off tour bc of our own time restraints. This tour could not finish the route bc of traffic issues and the guide asked us to get off about halfway through the tour loop. We were offered to come back the next day but had been told to avoid the downtown area due a bike race

Misrepresentation of tour - Was suppose to be picked up at hotel as promised by your agent and noted on my email confirmation. Was told to be in front of hotel 10 min. before pickup. We were out there 20 minutes before pickup. Called and representative checked and said the pickup was 10 min. late. By this time it was 20 min. Late. I told her that and she put me on hold for another 10 minutes. When she returned she claimed I had to walk to the pick up point 5 min away. No I said I had an injured knee and it would difficult. She claimed I was never told we were to be picked up
