Saint Joseph’s Oratory of Mount Royal - Take in the stunning views of the city
Mont-Royal - Along the way you will pass multiple points of interest such as; the Golden Square Mile - located at the base of the mountain, this bustling neighborhood is known for its victorian-era architecture and affluent area, you will also pass Notre Dame des Neiges cemetery - the largest cemetery in Canada. Once you reach the top you will be taken to the very best view of the city at the Mont Royal Lookout where you will get a bird’s eye, panoramic view of the entire city of Montreal including the Saint Lawrence River and the surrounding Appalachian mountain region.
Old Montreal - Pass by some of the city’s most interesting areas including McGill university, downtown Montreal, and Chinatown. Once you reach the historic Old Montreal you will enjoy the rich history and take some pictures of some of the oldest buildings in the area, including the beautiful gothic-revival Notre Dame Basilica. The cobblestone streets and rich architecture will have you reaching for your camera for some great shots!
Montreal - Take a relaxing cruise along the Saint Lawrence. Get some great views of Montreal while enjoying great history and commentary.

We’ll start our voyage with a scenic drive through Westmount heading towards Mount Royal. En route, we’ll get to see the renowned St. Joseph’s Oratory, recognized as the biggest church in Canada. Upon reaching Mount Royal, expect to be amazed by the picturesque city skyline and its natural beauty, and don’t forget to take a few photos!

After taking in stunning views of downtown Montreal, we’ll continue our exploration around the city, making our way to the globally-renowned Olympic Park, the significant venue for the 1976 Olympics.

Our journey continues towards the Notre-Dame Basilica. Admire the majestic Gothic Revival architectonic style of this church, enriched by its astonishing stained-glass windows that embellish the interior.

Our tour culminates at the historical Old Port of Montreal where we’ll embark on a 90-minute St. Lawrence River Cruise (Season-dependent). Here you’ll relish a peaceful ride on the river, marvelling at the extraordinary city skyline and immersing yourself in the riveting history of the region.

Comfortable footwear recommended/dress according to the weather
The St. Lawrence River Cruise only operates Thursday to Sunday and is seasonal, when not operating it will be replaced with a visit to La Grand Roue
Notre Dame Basilica may not be available on Sundays
There is some walking involved - can be reduced specifically for guests with health restrictions

Yash - The tour was great. Yashica was awesome. He worried about his English, but it was fine and always understood him. He was so polite and such a gentleman. The boat cruise was our favorite part on this tour.

Enjoyable tour and driver - Bill picked us up right on time. After he loaded 6 of us into the van, he explained our itinerary for the day. Very knowledgeable about every stop we made. Was very kind with our one person who had a disability. Recommend this tour highly Cruise was very relaxing. St Joseph Oratory and the story was interesting. Notre Dame basilica was breathtaking.

Casual introduction to Montreal - A good way to see some of the local sites and learn about Montreal's history. The tour did...not go exactly as advertised on the day that I went but this was mostly due to circumstances outside of the tour guides' control (i.e. an expected staffing shortage/change and prolonged transit times due to constructions and detours.) They did their best, though, and I enjoyed the experience. Maybe it goes off without a hitch most days. To get the most out of it, though, you may want to bring your flexibility (and hopefully your manners) with you!

Rushed glimpse at Montreal - Notre came basilica but was very rushed as guide only allowed us 20 mins. River boat cruise waste of time, packed noisy and most of view was of the extensive docks. Not especially scenic.. would have preferred more time at st. Jospeh’s oratory and looking at other sites

Not worth the price. But - Unfortunately there was a lot of confusion about our pick up sight. No logo on too small vehicle or guide’s shirt. No narrative by guide,who was only in Montreal 2weeks ,except at stops. Boring boat ride. Guide was very pleasant just not knowledgeable. Vehicle very difficult for older people to enter and exit. Also door had mechanical issues. Not worth the price. Could have been so much more with proper vehicle and knowledgeable guide.

Appalling and Inefficient from the Start - AVOID - If I was able to leave 'less then 1 star' I would. Where to start? Firstly, company entirely unresponsive when simply trying to agree where they were going to pick us up from. I finally got confirmation 5 hours before the trip started having booked it some 6 weeks before. Then the fun really started! Driver, who has lived in Montreal for 3 months, from overseas, went to the wrong hotel but insisted we were in the wrong location. After 20 mins of heated conversation he agreed he was about 4km away from us in an entirely wrong location. He finally arrived now 45 mins late in a different car from what we were told. The car was dirty, with crisps over the seat and a horrible stale tobacco odour. The worst Uber would have been an improvement. No remorse of regret from Yas our driver. Still we stayed. When asked what the hold up was, he told us there was a problem with another party and we were going to have to reroute to sort that out! That was the final straw, we made the decision to leave the tour (now an hour late) . The company phoned us and said they would issue a refund but we'd have to go via Viator. Some 15 mins on a phone call we've now been informed that they won't do as we broke our 'T and C's.' Viator chasing. I will seek recovery from my credit card company if a refund isn't duly made

Very bad experience - I would give this tour a zero if I could. We drove for 7 hours to visit Montreal and only had 1 full day to explore. We booked this full day adventure for the one day we were going to be in Montreal. We received confirmation the night before saying that we would be picked up at our hotel at 10 AM the next day. We were out front of the lobby at 9:50 AM. At 10:15, while wondering where they were, I checked my email. To my dismay, at 9:58 AM they had sent me an email saying that they were cancelling the tour. No reason. No "sorry." Nothing. Needless to say, I was furious. While they offered to refund our money (yet to be seen,) that did nothing to help in how they ruined our day. We had to scramble to figure out the subway system and buses to try to get to see a few of the sights and figure out how to get to the sites and back to our hotel. We didn't get the boat trip and only got to see one or two sights. Of course, we also did not get any of the information we would have otherwise gotten with the benefit of a tour. I truly cannot believe they they did not know they were going to cancel this tour only 2 minutes before notifying us. I would not recommend booking this tour.
