Food, culture, history, and a bit of exercise. - Great walking tour. Went to places I would never have found or tried on my own. Nice assortment of venues with samples at each one. Plus culture and history, with a moderate amount of walking. Our guide, Marie, was fantastic. Very lively and knowledgeable.

A Market delicious trip not to miss - Loved everything about this tour! Amelie was an amazing guide, sharing her own experience of working in the market and all her favorite spots! We tried delicious foods, our senses traveled to different corners of the world and finished with a sweet experience where I totally surrendered. We had some time to explore and chose to go back to our own favorites. I felt like a local :) Absolutely recommend! Thanks Spade&Palacio and your team for the amazing experience !

Best food tour ever! - We have taken many food tours/walks in cities while traveling but this tour was definitely the best! Amèlie was an amazing guide, so knowledgeable about the history of the neighborhoods we visited as well as the food. We sampled San Salvadoran, Syrian, Italian cuisines as well as visited vendors in the Jean Talon market who represent the farm to table philosophy. The tastings were amazing and very generous. The raw milk chèvre was a highlight as was the lovely chocolate with innovative flavors prepared at État de Choc. I highly recommend this tour experience in Montreal.

Curated to perfection - Amelie was a lively and informative guide giving her local’s insight into a terrific tour. Our small group felt cozy and bonded. We stopped at stalls in the market I might have passed annd got a bit of free time too. And besides Jean Talon Market we explored the neighborhood and got some sense of the history and people living there. Lots of special spots and tasty treats including Latin, Italian, and chocolatier. Definitely worth the price.

Go - Loved this tour. The guide was knowledgeable and funny and made the most of the wide variety of people on our tour. I tasted foods I would never have found on my own in a welcoming and warm environment. I particularly loved the local knowledge and explanations of the social contexts in which the different food entrepreneurs grew their businesses.

Extraordinary food tour with Chris @ Spade and Palacio - We booked a 4 hour food tour.. using Spade & Palacio suggested by our concierge at the FS Montreal.. and it was incredible! just for my husband and myself Our guide : Chris was one of the best guides we've ever had.. anywhere and the food tour of Montreal was spectacular. we saw and experienced places we never would have known about ..Chris took us to the most unique places in Montreal When we return to Montreal I would contact Spade and Palacio again and definitely request that Chris be our guide.. he really was as good as it gets.. it was the highlight of our 5 night Montreal stop and we actually saw quite a bit. I cannot imagine that there is a better private tour company in Montreal..
