Fantastic - This was a great way to spend the day. Our guide William was fantastic. Everything was extremely organized! Plenty of time to explore the city and have lunch.

Cold day, amazing views - Our tour guide was amazing! We forgot his name (but he is from China and moved to Montreal when he was in High school) but he was so accommodating, even when it came to rude adults. There was some little kids on the long drive and he did his best to entertain them to calm down their crying and scream- my sister and I were so appreciative of this. All in all, good time and plenty of space on the itinerary to explore on your own. The right amount of time was given so we can take in the city on our own.

The trip was smooth, nice and well organized, I’ll recommend to anyone they are doing a good job, very appreciated - Very nice place , unusual cold and blizzard snowing day. Very historic city to see and take pictures, interesting city to visit, I’ll recommend to anyone

Very long day - Quebec and montmarcy falls was awesome ,can't say that about the bus journey. If you get the chance to go to quebec, Take the opportunity and explore the beauty

Good intro to QC! - Excellent overview of QC. Unfortunately it rained and snowed most of the day so that was tricky. The guide provided tri-lingual info in English, French and Mandarin. Comfortable bus. Made stops both coming and returning for bathroom breaks. Driver was very skilled and smooth. Walking tour and free time were fine. It was worth it!

Not Worth 6 Hours of Driving - Nobody wants to say it, but a day trip really isn't feasible/worth it, UNLESS you have nothing else to do for a day. Quebec city has lots of history, and only having 3 hours of exploring doesn't even allow you to scratch the surface after wading through the commercialized tourist areas. Plus the nature of a larger group is that movement is a little inefficient. If your ambitious, rent a car and leave early. The staff/tour was good and organized, it's just really not worth the time you spend driving.

Was ok, but not great - Having read a lot of reviews about this trip, I was expecting more than I got. I was prepared for the long travel, but on the journey and once we got to Quebec I was expecting more. The drive is 3hrs each way. No issues with this. It comes with visiting Quebec City. What I wasn’t expecting was 3hrs enroute of absolute silence. I was expecting the journey to Quebec City to be filled with facts along the way but nothing. So it was 7hrs of a 12hr day in silence. We got to the falls and we were just dropped off to explore on our own. Other groups had tours guides from the falls with them explaining the history of the falls and surrounds. This would have been great to have to get a better understanding of the location in which we had just visited. We then hoped back off the bus and were told we would meet our guide. I was expecting the guide to come on board and give us a guided tour around the entire of Quebec City, instead it was only a 1hr walk. Nicole was lovely and very informative but it was just way too short for the history the city holds. We then had 4hrs to explore on our own, before jumping back in for a 3hrs ride home. Some ideas to make this tour better: - Information enroute to Quebec City - A guide at The Falls - Extended time with the tour guide to get greater history of Quebec City. - Maybe a group lunch at a venue the tour group could organise. This was you can also get to know your tour group guests. Jasmine was also great in corresponding with us re: change of mode of transport due to smaller group numbers. It was ok, but it could be better with some slight tweaks.

Shuttle service - Montmorency Falls and Quebec City are extremely beautiful and it really is possible to see everything in a single day. The problem we had was with the guide. If you are looking for a shuttle service from Montreal to Quebec City, this tour is for you. If you are looking for an interesting tour guide and a guided tour of Quebec City that is dynamic and full of history, don't buy this tour. The only positive point was the ride there and back.
