It was a fun informative... - It was a fun informative walk, and the guide was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We were able to see several animals such as a sloth, porcupine, and tarantula, along with others. We would definitely do this again!!

Dream come true - seeing wild green vipers - We had a night tour for our five year anniversary. I am a biologist back home and was looking forward to the chance of seeing some Costa Rican wildlife (especially reptiles). Jason was a wonderful guide. He was extremely friendly and patient, allowing us to have our moments with the side-striped palm Viper- the snake species I was really hoping to find. We saw two kinkajous, armadillos, a sloth and a large anole lizard who was sleeping. It was a full tour and we really feel like we got our money's worth. We appreciated Jason's enthusiasm, and he tought us a lot about the local insects. He is a wealth of knowledge and you'll be lucky to have him as your tour guide. Thanks again!!

Great experience - Our guide Jason did a great job in spotting things other guide probably didn't see. Also he made sure that everyone got a nice picture of the animal.

An amazing experience for the whole family. - We had a fantastic night hike. Margay Cat was the highlight - the sleeping two Quetzel was the second—two hours of exploring and seeing the animals at night was a great experience that my whole family enjoyed.

Pricey - Great tour, loved our guide, David. After paying for it here, we still had to pay $13 each to enter the reserve, which wasn't mentioned here as far as I can remember. I bit pricey for 2 people for 2 hours to spend about $90

Lack of Information and Unpleasant Guide on the Tour - We reserved a spot for the tour and received information only about what was included and what required an additional fee. Unfortunately, there was no information provided about what to expect during the tour, including guidance on the type of cameras and lights to bring. Additionally, there was no indication of how close we would be to observe the nocturnal creatures. Regrettably, the guide, instead of being friendly, came across as arrogant. While we understand that he may take pride in showcasing his home, we believe there is room for improvement in how he conveys that enthusiasm.

Tourist trap - Done the 18h tour with guide Marvin. Not very professional start. Guide busy talking on the phone. Then the 2 hour tour was very disappointing. High expectations for nothing. The first 44 minutes were seeing and talking about ants! ANTS!!! Then we saw two frogs, 3 types of birds, a snake and a spider. That’s it, for the full two hours. We paid more than 40 usd each! You only really understand what you are looking at using a telescope! There’s only one for nine of us. I have traveled through the five continents in the last 25 five years. In the last six months I have been in three of them on holidays. I never felt so frustrated
