Awesome experience - It is your own private ride with chauffeur and guide.
Includes some walking and picturesque views and a lunch.

Can't find better than this! - I had an amazing experience from A to B. Pick up on time, comfortable car, very polite, knowledgeable (and handsome )guide. It was like a private trip. We came around 9.30ish to Cola de Caballo and it was pretty calm and empty, the waterfall is stunning. We drove short distance to Santiago and had a lovely walk around. There was a wedding in the church. I didn't eat anything because I wasn't hungry but Emmanuel took me to a coffee shop and after great chat he took me back to my hotel. I learn a lots of interesting things about Monterrey, history and culture. Highly recommending 5*!

Drive to Cola de Caballo and Santiago - Polo was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was a wonderful excursion. The waterfall and walk was beautiful. Stopping to eat in Santiago was delicious.

Great guide, great location - I had an incredible time visiting the Cola de Caballo Waterfall and the charming city of Santiago as part of a tour group! Polo was an outstanding guide—super friendly, approachable, and made everyone feel welcome. He had such great energy and shared so much knowledge about the area, which made the experience even more special.
The waterfall was absolutely stunning, a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature that’s perfect for photos and just taking in the beauty of it all. The city of Santiago was equally amazing, with its rich culture, colorful streets, and warm, inviting atmosphere. Exploring with the group made it even more fun, as we all got to share in the excitement together.
If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate! Polo is the perfect guide to make your trip unforgettable. This was such a great mix of natural beauty and cultural immersion—I highly recommend it!

Magic experience - Very nice experience. The place is beautiful and super quiet when we arrive which gives the opportunity to take many pictures without interruptions and appreciate the magic of the place and the peace it provides. The town of Santiago also super nice. With many picturesque restaurants.
Polo was my guide and always very attentive and knowledgeable about the information of the place. Have a great time on this tour.

Amazing Tour with Alex to Cola de Caballo - Our tour to Cola de Caballo with Alex was fantastic! He picked us up right on time with cold drinks and welcomed us with a wonderful conversation about Monterrey’s history and culture. His knowledge of Santiago and the surrounding areas made the experience even more enriching.
Alex answered all our questions about Monterrey’s education system, industries, and daily life, sharing insightful details with enthusiasm. He spoke perfect English, making everything easy to follow. Lunch at a small local spot was a great touch delicious food and an authentic experience.
This was the perfect time of year to visit, as there weren’t many tourists, making the trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour and Alex as a guide!

Beautiful Sights, But Lacking a True Guided Experience - The overall experience of the trip was wonderful! Seeing the waterfall was breathtaking, the town was charming, and the food was great. However, the tour guide fell short of expectations. We had hoped for more history and insights throughout the journey, but information was only given when we asked, making it feel more like a private driver service than a guided tour. Additionally, we booked a group tour expecting to share the experience with others, but unfortunately, the only other participant was a very selfish and rude individual who monopolized the guide’s attention. While the sights and itinerary were fantastic, the overall group dynamic and lack of engaging guidance left something to be desired.

We were cancelled. - They canceled our trip. They don’t bother calling you to let you know, they just send mail, and of course they don’t give you your money back either. I had to go to the page to ask for my return, which will take between 3 and 5 days (which I find abusive being that if you are cancelled the service must return your money immediately). I do not recommend this page at all.
