Monterey Bay stands as one of the world’s premier locations for whale spotting, made even more spectacular by the possibility of viewing sunsets during the summer and autumn seasons. Every excursion is guided and educated by an on-board Naturalist or Marine Biologist, who will assist in identifying wildlife, share intriguing details about the creatures we encounter, and answer any queries. Our vessels are compact in size to afford a more personal and closer engagement for each passenger.

Was an amazing experience... - Was an amazing experience seeing the whales! Our first time and didn’t know what to expect but the entire tour exceeded our expectations,highly recommend this company for your tour.

Whale of a good time - Wonderful time on the Sunset Whale watching tour. Our guide Isaiah was very informative and kind. We saw dolphins, sea lions, and humpback whales. It can get cold, so dress with that in mine.

Successful whale watching trip - Very friendly staff and we got to see humpback whales for hours! The guide gave us facts about whales throughtout and the deckhand helped with seasickness symptoms.

Great Lifetime Experience - Everyone should do this at least once in their life. The experience was amazing. The crew on my boat were knowledgeable and professional. I did witness some immaturity from other “shipmates” but the situation was handled well, without the crew even knowing what was happening. Their enthusiasm and expertise exceeded any negativity from other passengers. The sea life was amazing, I had a really great time. I definitely will be going again, when I can sneak away from work. I’m really grateful for the experience.

Whale Watch Tour - We throughly enjoyed this tour. We saw a lot of dolphins and sea lions as well as a Momma whale and her baby!!! Amazing!!!

Sunset whale watching - We saw many dolphins and a few whales and, near the end we saw many sheer waters migrating across the ocean. Right before the boat started turning we saw a whale jump and on our way back we saw that beautiful sunset. Our guide seemed very knowledgeable and shared many facts about wildlife. He even offered us some pictures of that sunset. When we docked he sang a beautiful song for us. We had an amazing trip

Great evening - The tour was a great experience as the animals came very close to the boat. The crew was knowledgeable, had lots of details to share (not just about the whales) and made a lot of effort to make the tour an experience. I can only recommend it.

Fantastic- so many whales! - This was an incredible experience! We saw so many whales! It was our first whale watching experience and I doubt any future tour will be as good as this one was.

Great tour to see whales ! - Great trip, very nice and helpful staff always willing to share experience and explain , bring warm clothes as it’s really cold at 8pm for the sunset trip. We loved it ! Thanks for the free coffee And chocolate!
