Fabulous Day Out & Amazing Views - Go Electric - Stevie was very helpful in selecting the electric bikes. We started in Monterey and went all the way to Carmel. There is a sister shop in Carmel to charge your bike for the trip back to Monterey after walking around Carmel. Met the owner in Carmel. Amazing views all along 17 Mile Drive. You can see so much more from a bike. Absolutely breathtaking coastline. Easy peasy on an electric bike. The trip takes you past Pebble Beach golf club and there are is a visitor centre to grab a drink before pressing on to Carmel. Wonderful on a sunny California day. Thanks to everyone at Mad Dogs.

First time on an Electric Bike and i'm HOOKED! - We happened upon Mad Dogs and Englishmen just wondering around Cannery Row looking for something fun to do. My family and I have never rode electric bikes and were a bit skeptical on them however the gentlemen running the shop was quick to change our minds on the idea. He told us all about how the bikes worked, where to ride, and what to see before we even decided we were doing it and honestly this is what swayed us to give it a try and boy were we happy we did. The bike ride long the coast was the highlight of our trip to the West coast. The bikes were so easy to ride and so much fun and then you mix that with the stunning coastline it was a no brainer. Highly recommend this to people looking for a fun family friendly activity in Monterey.

Great E-bike tour on 17 mile drive! - We showed up for the tour expecting a big group. It ended up being just us and the guide, Roy. Check in was super easy and we were on our way. Great pace, awesome sights and Roy was very informative and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and we highly recommend this tour!

The ride lived up to expectations - It was my first time on an electric bike - a bit wobbly to begin with but our guide (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten his name) was very helpful and very patient. It was a gentle 17 miles ( just as well for a couple in their 70s) with glorious scenery and an informative narrative. Definitely not to be missed

The best coastline I have ever seen! - I recently took an electric bike tour with Mad Dogs and Englishmen and it was absolutely amazing! This tour took us through Cannery Row, Pacific Grove, and 17 Mile Drive into Pebble Beach, and I have to say, it was the best way to see the sights. One of my favorite stops was at the Pacific Grove harbor seal rookery. The beach was covered in adorable pups and mothers! The guide was so knowledgeable about these animals and explained they were his favorite marine species. He shared cute and funny stories of his experiences with the seals and I felt so lucky we were able to see them up close. It was truly breathtaking! Another highlight for me was the stop at Lover's Point Park in Pacific Grove. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning, and the guide was able to give us some history about the area that made the experience even more special. But the real star of the tour was our guide's knowledge of the local wildlife. From sea otters to harbor seals, he knew everything there was to know about the animals we encountered along the way. It was so cool to be able to see them in their natural habitat and learn more about their behavior. Overall, this electric bike tour was so much fun! The bikes were easy to use, the scenery was beautiful, and our guide made the experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend Mad Dogs and Englishmen to anyone looking for a unique way to explore the Monterey area. Five stars all around!
