Airport transfer / helping us out - WOW, what can I say Marco/Carlo provided a excellent service picking us up from the airport and return, the ease of communication and quick replies made the whole process so easy to arrange our transfer.
I also want to mention that when we landed in Italy the government added that we needed to have a COVID test and without our knowledge of the area Marco/Carlo took us to the test centre sorted out where we needed to go and waited for us and then took us to the Vatican so we could enjoy the rest of our day, without their help I think we would have lost a day of our holiday which I am so grateful for.
I will be back to Rome again one day when everything has calmed down and I know for a fact that I will me calling Marco to arrange my transport around the city
