They stole from me as far as I'm concerned. - Went to location of that was written in my Viator confirmation and was informed tour was at a farm 30 minutes away. Staff at Valdichana living were rude. They said I was informed, which I do not recall. Regardless, the ticket I got from Viator had an address which is where I went. I got no tour. I asked for a refund because of the unclear communication and was told to pound sand. I would never recommend Valdichana Living for any tour. They do not treat their customers correctly
