Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Cesarine represents the oldest chain of home chefs throughout Italy. They’re cordial hosts who invite travelers into their homes for an immersive gastronomic experience.
- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

A cooking experience to remember! - Barbara was an excellent host for this activity. We didn’t take any photos because we were enjoying the cooking class so much! My husband and I made gnocchi, pici pasta and tiramisu. Barbara provided local wine and snacks to enjoy for starters followed by the food we made. She made us feel very welcome and provided cooking technique tips that are not written in cook books. Highly recommended!

Number one recommendation when in Tuscany - We had such an amazing experience at Lucrezia and Alberto‘s home! They are very knowledgable and could answer all our questions about Italy, Tuscany, wines and more after already having spent a week in Tuscany. I therefore recommend to do this towards the end of your trip. Lucrezia was such a good instructor, gave helpful tips and was overall motivating. My boyfriend and I felt welcome and comfortable straight away and had such a fun evening. This was definitely one of our highlights during our holidays. Highly recommend!

Wonderful pasta making experience with knowledgable and welcoming hosts. - We had a wonderful time learning from and cooking with Lucrezia and Alberto! They are great teachers and the meal we made together was delicious. They are both highly trained chefs who graduated from a prestigious culinary school in Parma, and have worked in Michelin starred restaurants, so you can trust their expertise. More importantly they are lovely, genuine people who made us feel welcome in their home. Oh and their dog Jimmy was so much fun! We loved the experience so much we bought a pasta roller and plan to start making ravioli (and hand rolled pici) on our own at home.

Must do in Montepulciano! - Lucrezia and Alberto were fantastic! I booked a class as a birthday present for my partner and it far exceeded our expectations. They were such warm, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Food was fantastic, wine was incredible, and we walked away with two new friends and a newly acquired love for blue cheese. Cannot recommend enough!

A highlight of our trip - We loved meeting Barbara and learning to cook traditional and local Italian dishes in her beautiful home. Barbara is a wonderful teacher and made us feel so comfortable with her warmth and hospitality. The pastas turned out absolutely delicious - we were so proud of ourselves! The tiramisu was also the best we have had on our Italian trip so far (a big call but one we’re sticking by!) Definitely recommend adding this to your itinerary if you’re in Tuscany :)
