Additional Information

Tuscany offers a multitude of delightful experiences for exploring why its wines are renowned - through our curated wine tastings and exclusive cellar tours. Unquestionably, Chianti Classico and the nearby region of Chianti, located just south of Florence, are amongst the most famous valleys and wine-making areas. Showcasing an impressive range of wines, production methods and recipes that glorify the Sangiovese grape with a history stretching back to 1716 and earlier. Montepulciano marks the territory of Vino Nobile. Pilgrims have journeyed to Assisi, Italy since the 13th century to honour St. Francis, who was born and laid to rest here, but its charm extends beyond religious significance. Nestled amidst the undulating hills of Umbria, Assisi stands as one of the most well-preserved medieval towns globally and one of Italy’s most enchanting attractions. The entire town of Assisi, with its wealth of art and historically important buildings like the Basilica di San Francesco, is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
