Join us at our local garden where we’ll handpick fresh products right off the plant: tomatoes, eggplants, zucchinis, strawberries, and more. Our local resident and guide will share the history and traditions of the village throughout this tour. The journey doesn’t end there. We’ll head home and uncover the secrets of Positano’s most celebrated dishes, relishing the dishes you help create, all paired with our fine local wines. As we explore, we also share tales and mysteries of this ancient village and reveal the secrets behind three authentic Positano recipes. Enjoy the experience, the cooking class, and as we go through each step, we also offer tastings. We’ll hand form fresh pasta like gnocchis, scialiatellis, or spaghetti, grill fresh vegetables, roll up eggplant parmigiana stuffed with mozzarella cheese, and even prep a tiramisu.
