Excellent - Monroe was a fantastic guide. He guided us through the country, we asked to see tourist and non tourist areas. He ensured we were safe at all times as well as answered all questions. Would highly recommend the tour

Palmer was the best! - We communicated with UTON Tours ahead of time to let him know that our kids are into historical things. So, he customized our tour to see the history in old town Montego Bay and Fort Montego. He stopped and picked different plants for us to smell, gave us a tour of the different neighborhoods around Montego Bay, showed us where the movies Cocktail and How Stella Got Her Groove Back were filmed, and took us shopping at the best store on the Hip Strip. As far as my family and I are concerned, Palmer is the best person to take you around the Montego Bay area. He is friendly, punctual (early actually), and very reliable. I would book with him again the next time I'm in town.

Fun Sightseeing Tour - It was fun to see parts of Montego Bay that we wouldn't normally get to see and hear some facinating history. Then we had time to do some shopping and then lunch at Margaritaville. Our tour guide was great!

Beautiful & Informative Experience with Awesome Tour Guide - Uton (spell check) our tour guide was so kind, patient and very informative. He honored our personal requests and took his time on this guided tour allowing us to take it all in. He showed us the the different sides of Montego. He made sure we were safe and not haggled by the locals when we went to purchase souvenirs. We were taken to a souvenir place on hip strip where the owner was kind, hospitable and had reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Uton for your city tour. This was our last excursion so he made sure to take us places we had not seen. It was a beautiful and eye opening experience. This made our journey to Montego fulfilled! Thank you again Uton!

Toured TWICE! - I absolutely loved BOTH tours with “Palmer!” My husband and I brought a group of 20 people to Jamaica, and the tour was part of our trip. Then, I came back later in the year with girlfriends and took them too! Everyone enjoyed & learned from Uton Tours! If you want to truly embrace Jamaica, this is the BEST choice! ❤️

MR. PALMER ONE LOVE MONTEGO BAY EXPERIENCE - MR. Plamer showed us a great time and adventure of Montego Bay. exploring and learning the way of life up in hills of Montego Bay was wonderful. We were able to also experience the real taste of Jamacia food.

Montego Bay - Palmer was our driver, this was a rather quick tour that was put together at the last minute. Our cruise was rerouted to Montego Bay last minute. The beach's were closed due to prior day tropical storm and the sea's were rough. Palmer took us to the Rose Hall area and did a drive thru some of the residential area's and then the Rose Hall shopping area. Lunch at his favorite Jerk house was packed so we slid into a different place "Scothies" which we had a great meal. Palmer pulled together a quick tour and he is very knowledgeable of the Montego Bay area. The only thing that holds back from a five star was that the van was oversold and had to use jumper seats in the middle of the tour van.

Good tour. - The tour was good took us to all of the places we wanted to see and then some. Guide was very nice and made the tour pleasurable.

Communicate with guide AHEAD of time - We came to Montego Bay on a cruise ship and booked this tour to have a private driver and customizable tour to do what we wanted. However, we didn’t do any of the things on our list because there was some miscommunication about what the tour included. My biggest piece of advice to all who book this tour is to contact the tour operator ahead of time and let him know where or what you are wanting to do. This will help them plan accordingly and stick to a schedule you truly want. Couple things to note… Doctors Cave Beach is pretty but it’s crowded. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas but we weren’t prepared for this so didn’t enjoy the beach time as much. The city tour part wasn’t anything spectacular. It was interesting to learn about the culture and see how people live, but it felt mostly like driving around in circles. If you’re wanting to see beauty like waterfalls or swimming holes or rivers, this tour did not include that. Be sure to communicate with your guide ahead of time if you are wanting to see any of that! Overall, the two tour guides we had (had to switch midway through due to scheduling issues) were very friendly and made sure that we felt safe throughout the tour. I would recommend this tour if you want to sit in the van most the time and just see the city. I would not recommend this tour if you want to see more of the “beauty” or “countryside”.
