At night, Rose Hall is not for the faint of heart! Experience the Rose Hall Plantation’s dramatic past as you venture into the world of the White Witch, as she roams this Eighteenth Century sugar plantation seeking the love and fortune that first lured her here. But be warned, legend upholds that no one who crossed her survived to tell the tale!! This promises to be the encounter of a lifetime.

All tours start by the Rose Hall Great House Gift Shop which is located to the left of the Great House. When you enter the Rose Hall Great House gate, follow the short stretch of road, turn left at the end, follow the road to our gift shop and general parking lot.

Fascinating tour, not to be missed. Great information about The family that occupied the house as well as island history - Fascinating history of this family as well as the island. Architecture was awesome, tour guide was wonderful. Must see.

Awesome with Dwight - The tour was amazing, a must see. Dwight and his team made it so scary but enjoyable! When I thought got this… he pulled more tricks out of his bag. Loved it.

Who ya gonna call…ghostbusters - Having read about Rose Hall in The Atlas of the Paranormal I was excited to see what was in store.
Sophie the tour guide was brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed the event.
Would highly recommend if spooky stories are your thing.

Fun tour to do with friends! - Our tour arrived late but the team went the extra mile and stayed open just for us! It was absolutely amazing tour and we were so lucky they stayed open. Sophia was our guide and she made the stories come alive! The jump scares made this a perfect excursion to do with friends. We would recommend this tour again and again!

Great evening entertainment and history lesson. - Sophia was our tour guide. She made the experience very memorable. "Remember, if anything weird happens, I'll be at the gift shop waiting for you " her best saying. I loved how she interacted with the entire group and gave us a great history lesson with a comedic twist.

Fun experience w local folklore - Guide Shen was excellent storyteller. Very engaging. Lots of jump scares and some walking on uneven surfaces so not for the faint of heart or unstable walkers.

A Truly Unforgettable Interactive Night Tour with Sophie! - The interactive night tour was absolutely AMAZING! The setting itself of Rose Hall itself is breathtaking. The mansion's rich interior, with its eerie candlelit corridors, original chandeliers with creeky wooden floors, and pearl clutching surprises along the way makes the experience even more thrilling!!!
Of course, you expect your guide to be knowledgeable, but what truly sets Sophie apart is her delivery and personality. Props aside, She brought the tour to life with her engaging storytelling, infectious enthusiasm and reverence for the history behind the story.
Sophie’s humor and her ability to make everyone feel involved kept our interest piqued!! She had us laughing while keeping us fully immersed in the experience, striking the perfect balance between fun, fascinating AND SPOOKY!!
Her energy and charisma turned a great tour into an unforgettable one! Much love, Sophie from Duncan and Whitney!

Scared the life out of me! - Would highly recommend this tour. The guide and actors were great. Perhaps not for you if you’re easily scared. I think it might also be good to have more fans as it’s very humid.

Great tour with a great guide - This was a wonderful experience with an extremely knowledgeable guide. Deidre was thorough in the history of the property and although we had some frightened children, despite Deidre emphasizing it was an interactive tour multiple times, she remained professional and courteous. Highly recommended the evening tour for adults and paranormal enthusiasts.

Mar 2025 scared from Ohio - I didn’t enjoy the ghost tour. It was made of jump scares so we didn’t get as much history of the property. I wish I would have done more research and went on the day tour instead. If a haunted house is your thing, this is perfect. If you enjoy typical US ghost tours with storytelling only, this isn’t it.
