All tours start by the Rose Hall Great House Gift Shop which is located to the left of the Great House. When you enter the Rose Hall Great House gate, follow the short stretch of road, turn left at the end, follow the road to our gift shop and general parking lot.

Get Ready to Scream - We had a great time on the ghost tour! Sophia was our guide and she made sure we met all of the ghosts. I've been on a lot of ghost tours in different countries and this was by far my favorite. Thank you for scaring us to death!

A Night out….. - Interactive, thrilling and deep story. It was our youngest sisters first time and we had a blast. Mr Lembert G., “Hilly Billy” was our driver and made us super comfortable and came through for us! Would definitely recommend him and this tour!

100% Recommend Night Tour - 100% recommend this tour. We did it at night and think this really added to the interactiveness of the tour. We had Sophia and Brit on our tour who were both brilliant and extremely engaging with explaining the history of the haunted house and Annie Palmer! A number of jump scares but I found it extremely entertaining.

10/10 would recommend!! - Excellent haunted tour! I jump scare relatively easily, but felt it was the perfect combination of spooky, educational, and fun. We all got a well done and framed picture at the end. I typically pass on purchasing experience pictures like this, however it was a great picture for a reasonable price so we couldn’t pass. Overall 10/10 experience! And shout out to our tour guide Ricordo!! He was very engaged, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and delivered great experience!

Fascinating tour, not to be missed. Great information about The family that occupied the house as well as island history - Fascinating history of this family as well as the island. Architecture was awesome, tour guide was wonderful. Must see.

Awesome with Dwight - The tour was amazing, a must see. Dwight and his team made it so scary but enjoyable! When I thought got this… he pulled more tricks out of his bag. Loved it.
