After you cross customs at Sangster International Airport take a right to exit our representative will be holding a Major One Sign with your name on it.
After greet and meet our representative will escort you to the vehicle. Vehicle size will be based on size of your group. We have different private vehicle which can accommodate from 1 person to 50 persons.
Tour Operator will drove you till Resort main lobby.

Seamless service - I would highly recommend the Major 1 team. Due to horrible weather in Boston, our flight was delayed for almost 3 hours. Once we arrived in Jamaica and exited customs, there were various personnel directing us on where we should go to check for the companies pick- up. We were greeting with a sign outside the airport and were escorted to our van. Vincent took excellent care of us and we arrived safely at our resort. Highly recommend this group. PS: I traveled with my mom who has mobility and health issues and she liked the service.

A Great First Impression of Jamaica - Despite the delay in retrieving our luggage and us not being able to let the driver know about the delay, a staff member was waiting for us outside the airport. The staff were friendly, especially our driver. The vehicle was in excellent condition. This was a great start to our trip! Thank you for your assistance in getting us from the airport to our resort safely and comfortably!

Great choice - We went from Montego Bay Airport to our resort in Runaway Bay. They were great, nice driver, nice vehicle, reasonably priced, on time. Good choice.

Excellent Airport Transfer Service - First time to Jamaica and a friend referred us to Major 1 Tours for transport to and from the Resort / Airport. Payment went through Cash App to Derron McIntosh so don't be concerned. We received instructions from Derron and had a driver waiting at the airport with our name on a sign outside following customs just as described in the email. Excellent, friendly drivers both ways. We had to change our pickup time going back to the airport as our flight time changed. Immediate response from Derron and the driver (Byron) was excellent. The cost for Major 1 Tours was much less than the resort transport would have charged. We plan to use Major 1 Tours for airport/resort transport and excursions when we return to Jamaica in the fall. EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL AROUND. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAJOR 1 TOURS.

Reservation, confirmation scam? - Not good at all. I made a reservation to be picked up from Montego Bay airport to Montego Bay hotel which was confirmed. When we arrived I reached out to Viator representatives and was asked to cancel reservation and pay twice the original amount. The reason was my hotel is located in Montego Bay but past the range of the montego bay service I paid for. This issue should have been taken cared of during the reservations process. I felt like I was being scammed when Viator representative was asking for more money. Be very careful when making reservations for Montego Bay, it is NOT one are but decided into multiple zones.

Disappointed - We needed a transfer to Runaway Bay, called and cancelled right away to get a driver to the proper resort. They charged me TWICE even though their error was confirmed cancelled and I’m Fighting for my money back on the transfer we cancelled. Very disappointed

Bad bad service from Viator - We rescheduled with viator to take us from the airport to our hotel, the Hideaway Royalton hotel. Viator canceled out transportation and we had to pay privately $120 round-trip because Viator would not take us after we scheduled it ahead of time. Very bad.

NO SHOW THAT TOOK MY PAYMENT - I requested a one way drive from Royalton Blue Waters to the Airport. My driver NEVER SHOWED UP!! However, I PAID for the service. When I called for a refund, I was told my pickup location was outside the area. Well the Royalton was in the recognized hotel list. UNACCEPTABLE. Still no refund
