Great experience at Club Mobay! - We had a great experience with Club Mobay! Having someone assist us through customs and immigration was very helpful. The club was a bit small and felt cramped for arrival. I guess it is good that no one wants to stay at the airport for long at the beginning of their vacation. The club for our departure was awesome. We went through an expedited line at security and then we spent a couple of hours at the vip lounge. The seating was very comfortable, the bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the food and drinks offered at the buffet were plentiful. We would definitely utilize these services again when/if we return to Jamaica!

My vacation - The service was excellent. Our escort met us as we disembark from our flight and assisted us through the entire process through immigration and customs and to the lounge. I felt like a VIP.

A brilliant experience on arrival and departure - We booked the Mobay lounge package in advance via Tui UK. On arrival at Sangster airport after a long flight, we were met at the arrival gate by a wonderful staff member from Mobay. She guided us through immigration and passport control, avoiding the queues. Helped us to collect our luggage and spoke to the airport Tui rep's, who advised 30 mins before our transfer to the hotel. So we were taken to a lounge, where a member of staff looked after our luggage while we enjoyed a complimentary rum punch before heading to our hotel.
(Riu Palace Jamaica).
On departure and after check-in, we went through the Mobay departure gate. After fast track passport control and security, we headed to the Mobay departure lounge next to gate 8. Staff showed us into the lounge and explained how everything works and took us to a table. Another member took our drinks order, and we helped ourselves to the excellent buffet. A brilliant relaxing experience before our long flight back to the UK.
I have no hesitation in recomming the Mobay lounge. Thank you to the wonderful team

Do it! It's so worth it for the fast tracks alone! - Absolutely worth it, we were through in no time, Next time we come to Jamaica we will definitely do it again!

Excellent service. Get MOBAY - Mobay is worst the money. Excellent service. On arrival, young lady met me at the gate, walk you thru customs then to lounge. Food was delicious.
On departure, lounge comfort and buffet food. Delicious. Clean. Nice bathroom. Excellent service. I will get Mobay every time.
Departure lounge much better than arrival. Overall excellent service.

Best Purchase Besides the Plane Ticket - Club Mobay for our arrival was money well spent. I was told about Club Mobay by a friend who had gone to Jamaica before and showed me a video of the long lines to get into the country. I quickly booked my reservation with Club Mobay without hesitation. When we arrived in Jamaica our welcome agent was waiting for us as we got off the plane. He was very nice and helpful. As we were walking into the customs and immigration area other guests had to stop and we kept walking. The system had gone down. The lines went all the way back to where we had gotten off the plane. We didn't have to deal with any of that. I completed my forms online and going through customs was easy. I waited for my bags longer than I had to wait to go through customs. Our welcome agent stayed with us until the end and made sure we got to our bus to take us to the hotel. When we got on the bus, we heard that people were waiting in line 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours to get into the country. Upon our departure the Sangster Airport VIP Lounge was nice and a comfortable place to wait before our plane left. The service was great, and the buffet was excellent. I have Priority Pass access so I would have gone to the lounge regardless. Club Mobay was the best thing I purchased besides my plane ticket.

Club Mobay - Our experience couldn't have been better. The line through customs was quick and easy. The food and beverages were very good, and I was pleasantly surprised by the number of vegetarian options! Our waiter, Everton, was great! Very friendly and responsive.

Saves on stress but not much time - Mobay staff member with clear visibile name board was present within first arrival area immediatley after leaving the plane. She directed us to some automated machines for completing immigration process. This included a fast track Mobay only area and the process took around 3 mins per passenger. It simply involve a scan of passport and a face picture.
We were then taken to baggage collection which is the one area in which Mobay have no priority or control. This meant that all the other passengers that we had fast tracked past in the previous processes had essentially just "caught up" with us as everything beforehand had taken less than the time for the bags to be taken out. This is no fault of Mobay but ideally the true benefit of being prioritised would have a lasting benefit throughout to leaving the airport. If it were hugely busy then the pre bag collection processes may take longer and allow Mobay passengers to be first to collect bags.
It still saves on stress though and there is zero unknown with where to go or how to get there as the Mobay staff know all this.
Once the bags are uplifted you really have a choice with how quickly you leave to find your transport, or how much time to spend in the Mobay lounge. The lounge itself is very small but clean and pleasant. AC, toilets, food and snacks are all available.
Overall a great service to save stress but only a little time for our particular situation.
