Amazing - We had the greatest driver(OCARRIE) we got the most of our experience. I highly recommend this company for your airport shuttle to excursions.

Jamaican - I enjoyed every bit of my rafting. The guide was very nice, helpful and an amazing singer. The food was very tasteful. I love the way his raft was decorated for my friends birthday.

Awesome!!! Out this on your To-Do list - Great experience !!! So accommodating.. the limestone massage was everything!!! Just a while vibe!!! Definitely gonna do it again when I come back!!!!

May 2024 - I did not get my hiphop strip tour. Overall the bamboo rafting was pretty fun. It was raining before getting there but stopped by the time we started the activity.

Warning - Overall”ok” experience! Please be mindful when booking WITH the margaritaville stop since it has been closed for months and they still offering the option without letting you know. It sucks that we paid for it and nothing was offered instead since it is closed (no refund, no other stops) Also be mindful of everything you get on the raft you will pay for at the end…

Bamboo rafting was fun, but poor logistical communication - Overall we enjoyed the day, but many things could have been communicated better. The highlight was the bamboo rafting experience, which was very relaxing and we learned a lot from our guide. However, the tour operator and driver communicated two different pick up times to us after we booked. This meant that we rushed to get ready for the earlier communicated time (earlier than the time on the booking) and were left waiting around until the later time that the driver communicated. After the bamboo rafting part of the tour, the driver proceeded back towards the resort until we asked about whether Margaritaville and the Hip Strip were still part of the tour. Margaritaville, is actually closed for the season due to storm damage, so this shouldn't be included as a viable tour option until they reopen. Likewise, most places on the Hip Strip were closed at the time we went. We got lunch on the hip strip instead, and our driver called us asked us to get our food to go because he had another pick up 15 minutes later. We got our food to go, but our driver had already left. The tour operator sent another driver a little later. In general, the communication of logistics and knowledge of what is actually open and available to tour could have been better.

Disappointing - I would not book with this company again for this experience. There was very poor communication from the very start of the day.

Disappointed - On the positive side: Taxi guides there and back were nice with good conversation. The raft guide had a fun personality . That's about it Negative side: Altough the raft was really cool and looked like a promising trip.. we didn't spend much time on it. Between the constant upsell attempts and delays. By the time we started diwn the river the guide said our time was up. We still could see the starting port we got on the boat at. The limestone massage was only for the ladies and they wanted an extra tip for everthing. $50 for a bottle of rum and 2 plastic cups, tip the driver and raft guide, guys have to pay extra for lady to rub limestone on them. They advertise from $45 but its $235 for 2 people..plus the margaritaville is closed .. but still advertised in value

Awful experience - I had a terrible experience with this provider. He is a rip off. He did not offer me ride from hotel not hip strip tour. Beware everyone he will leave you to local people to figure out who is taking on the ride and you will have to pay your owne taxi if you are not in Montego Bay even if the experience says you can pay a surcharge
