Absolutely Amazing Service from Montego Bay to Negril! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can’t say enough good things about Rocky’s Taxi Service. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and hassle-free. The driver was prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly—making the ride not just comfortable, but enjoyable too.
The car was clean and air-conditioned, and we felt safe and well taken care of the entire way. It’s clear that Rocky’s takes pride in their service and really values their customers.
If you’re looking for a reliable, stress-free transfer from Montego Bay to Negril (or anywhere else), look no further than Rocky’s Taxi. Highly recommend!

Excellent service - Dain was an amazing driver during our transfer from the airport to our resort. It took us just over one hour to arrive at the resort in Negril, whereas others on our flight took large-bus transfer for three hours (due to multiple resort stops).
We were greeted promptly, learned a bit about our driver and his life in Jamaica, a bit about the parishes and towns we drove through - it was a great experience.
I made a mistake and deleted my confirmation letter (don't lose your letter) but Dain and Roxann were kind and patient while we found all the details together.

Excellent Trustworthy and Great Service - We used this service from the airport in Montego Bay to our hotel in Negil. From the time I researched and contacted the tour company the service was excellent. Response time to me messaging them via email first then switching to WhatsApp all communication was quick. The shuttle was waiting on our arrival, was private just for the 4 of us, and we requested some cold drinks (at our expense) to be waiting. This was all handled. Our driver from the airport Jack was welcoming, knowledgeable, and funny. We made good time. (About an hour and 20 mins). On the way back we had Dain who was also fantastic. He continued to share stories and interesting facts on local things on the drive, was again professional, trustworthy and helpful. He also arrived about 10 mins ahead of the pick up schedule which was great. Often transfers can arrive late. Not with Rocky's!
If you are looking to book a private transfer service please use this company. They are number 1 in my opinion.

The best! - We recently got back from a week in Negril with a group of ten and used Rocky's for both airport transfers and an excursion and they're the best out there. Dain was our driver for all trips and he's always prompt, courteous, and entertaining. If you want simple, hassle-free private transfers look them up, you will not be disappointed!

Best transportation service!! - We have used Rocky for many years for airport transfers and excursions from the resort. This year our daughter got married in Negril and Rocky handled many of our guests transportation to and from the airport as well as transporting guests between the wedding venue and resort. He and his drivers were all punctual and got us where we need to be on time and safely! We are grateful to Rocky and his team and look forward to seeing them on future trips!

Consistently the Best! - We booked with Rocky's for our MBJ-to-Negril roundtrip trek, and the service and hospitality remains as great as it has for the 8 years that we've been clients! Always on-time, easy to communicate with, and personable... with a clean, comfortable, custom ride. Need to stop for a drink, some groceries, or a bathroom - it's always no problem! When in Jamaica, we wouldn't trust our vacation transfers with anyone else.

Great customer service. - I have been using Rocky's for years and have never had an issue. A brief wait at the airport for the car to brought around and we were on our way. Driver was courteous in making sure i was comfortable with the temp and music. On the way back I even got Rocky as a driver. They used to include a cooler of beer and water but with inflation it is no longer standard. If you want some for your long trip just ask when booking or when you get in ask to stop at a store for some.

Excellent, punctual, reliable, professional - Rocky’s service was highly recommended by our hotel in Negril for airport transfer and he did not disappoint! Rocky was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the area. A Great Company for a Great Vacation - I am completely satisfied with the services I received from Rocky’s Taxi and Tour services. A friend and I (both female) traveled to Jamaica for the first time, and during the busy tourist season. Rocky and the team provided excellent service from beginning to end.
Booking: We had a very complicated itinerary that involved multiple airports, flights and hours of driving. Rocky’s team was able to accommodate all our requests at a great price. The payment policy and process are straightforward and secure.
Customer Service: The whole team was very professional, responded promptly and answered all questions in detail. Our drivers Patrick and Fabian were excellent, very knowledgeable and always made us feel safe.
Value: Rocky provided great value for what we were seeking on the trip. We got to experience the typical tourist highlights, as well as unique local experiences. The vehicles were very clean, maintained and had A/C!
Recommended for: This company is a good match for solo travelers, female travelers, families (large vehicles), and those willing to spend a bit more for a personalized experience.
Tip: When booking, be clear about your budget and what you want to experience. Rocky’s Taxi and Tour services are very accommodating and will help you with the perfect itinerary.

Positive Vibes with Rocky's Taxi and Tour Services - ALWAYS - My husband and I just returned from another fascinating visit to Negril. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by Dane for our Rocky's private transport to Negril. We have been going to Jamaica for many years, and we have used Rocky's transport business for our transportation to and from Negril. Rocky's is always prompt, professional, accessible and reliable. Anytime I reach out to Roxann or Rocky, they always respond quickly and are always accessible before and during our stay. I really appreciate that. Always a WhatsApp message away!! All drivers from Rocky's have been totally personable and reliable as well.
I strongly recommend Rocky's for your transportation. A great way to start your visit to Jamaica. I hope everyone reading this review also notice the many positive reviews posted here and to also notice that many of the positive reviews are from repeat customers.
