  Participate in an engaging cooking session lasting approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, where you will prepare these traditional dishes, learning about the essential ingredients and family recipes.

Afterwards, delight in a typical Tuscan appetizer and a guided tasting of local wines. Finally, relish your freshly prepared Carbonara paired with sparkling wine, followed by homemade tiramisù accompanied by a sweet glass of Vinsanto.

The experience kicks off with a welcome drink and an introduction to the Chef, who will share the fascinating stories and secrets behind two Italian culinary icons: Carbonara and Tiramisù. The ambiance is enhanced by a delightful appetizer platter, perfectly paired with a glass of Tuscan wine, presented through a storytelling session that explores the historic winemaking regions and the area’s exceptional qualities. Next, participants don their aprons and enter the kitchen. Here, premium ingredients – including guanciale, fresh eggs, mascarpone, and other local products – take the spotlight. The Chef will guide participants step by step in crafting a traditional tiramisù (or, if preferred, a cheesecake) and what is fondly referred to as “the best carbonara in the world.” The experience wraps up at the dining table, where participants savor their own creations: the carbonara paired with a glass of sparkling wine, followed by dessert with a glass of Vinsanto.
