This captivating journey unveils the genuine sites of this corner of Puglia, utilizing country roads and ancient sheep paths. The bike tour comprises several stops like a cave church decorated with Middle Ages murals, an underground oil mill from the 13th century, and a homestead nestled among over two thousand millennium-old olive trees. Enjoy a tranquil biking spree amid the outdoors, shadowed by ancient olive and carob trees, almond trees, figs, and cacti, along secondary roads and time-worn dirt paths sided by dry stone walls. These genuine, privately owned sites are inaccessible otherwise, but you can explore and appreciate them with our knowledgeable tourist guides. The trip levels to a low difficulty, covers an approximate distance of 20 km and requires participants to be at least 12 years old.

A great day out! - A lovely bike ride around the Monopoli countryside! Our group of 8 visited 3 farms and Antonella, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bikes were in good condition and the ride was easy and comfortable. The olive oil tasting at the shop afterwards was very interesting! We tasted 6 olive oils, 2 wines, and lots of different jams/preserves. Would highly recommend joining this tour

Fun countryside bike tour - Fun ride with a great group. Highlights of the tour were biking through the countryside, learning some history as well as how olive oil is made, and the tasty food/wine/olive oil at the end. Note there are a couple light snacks throughout the ride, but I'd suggest a full breakfast prior to the ride or bring a power bar to stay fueled.

So Helpful - While we didn’t actually go on the tour because of a mix up, I can’t say enough how much everyone from the tour guide to trip advisor to viator were so helpful. We got a refund on our tour with no problems. Wish we would have done the tour. Sounds magical.
