The power of handmade food. - The food is fresh and T A S T Y ,
the place is cozy and surrounded by beautiful plants, trees and flowers.
When you book a dinner there, make sure you don’t eat too much in that day, so you can enjoy all their delicious dishes.

The best food experience in Italy - If you book just one experience while In Puglia make it this one!
It was such a highlight for us and we'll not soon forget the incredible night we had at Mauro,s house.
The house is beyond stunning. Mauro and his family are amazing hosts who make you feel special.
And the food, the food is the best in Italy so far!
Everything is made from scratch pasta, pizza, bred,olive from their own trees, vino, liquor, everything! All of the vegetables are from their very own gathered.
They are using 3 different types of wood to cook the food in the oven: almond wood, cheery wood and olive. The taste and the smell is magnificent.
The most astonishing part is that they are doing this as a hobby, the family has this unique rare passion and love for making authentic dishes from Puglia.
Out of six different tours/ trips/experiences in Puglia this one was the best experience!
I’m glad that I didn’t missed this one.
