Terrific tour of the city - Great way to see the city in about an hour and then go back to specific sites of interest. Boarding at the casino stop is an excellent place to begin the tour

Professional assistance - It is an excellent way of seeing the majority of the city when you only have a couple of days spend in the country. I booked the activity a couple of months prior to doing it and they gave me a friendly reminder. They were very helpful in answering my questions.

Grand Monaco views from the beautiful well organised tour bus. - Absolutely spectacular views from the bus. I would do it over and over!. The guide recording via the provided headphones is on point! Very handy to know more about the attractions as you go round.. Really enjoyable calm experience.

A superb experience on board the Monaco tourist bus! - This bus tour allows you to discover Monaco from a unique and comfortable angle. With audio commentary available in several languages, you can learn many interesting anecdotes about the history of the Principality and its iconic places. The circuit is very well thought out, with strategic stops (Princely Palace, Casino de Monte-Carlo, Oceanographic Museum, Fontvieille...) that allow you to climb and descend freely according to your desires. The bus is clean, punctual and offers a breathtaking view from the floor: perfect for admiring the scenery and taking beautiful photos. An excellent way to visit Monaco without tiring, while taking full advantage of the charm and prestige of the city! August 2025

Helpful, but area may be walkable depending on plans - This was helpful n that we arrived and departed Monaco by train. We took the full loop to hear about the area the used it lie. Bus to visit selected sites. It soon became apparent that the winding roads of Monaco cause the bus to spend a lot of time covering ground that could have been easily walked, giving more time to explore. Compare which attractions you want to visit with a street map to see if transport is needed.

Great in concept but not user friendly or reliable for first time visitors. - The concept of this service was great and the time we did spend on the bus (two rides in total) gave us a good view of the city. Where it failed us was in providing easy to find hop-on-hop-off stops. The map was not precise and the stops not easily sign posted… you had to be right within view of the stop to find it, no helpful markers long the way. You almost needed a preexisting knowledge of the city to be able to easily find the stops. The other sticking point for us was when the bus stopped at a location along the route marked T where it picked up some other folks… we decide to get off there because it gave a good view of the other side of the main harbour. However the bus never returned to pick us up, nor did the driver give any indication that this was a less frequent stop when we were getting off. We waited an hour (frequency is supposed to be every 15-20 min) and then had to walk all the way to the other side of the harbour to try to find the next stop, which ate up a total of 1.5 hours of our visit. Since we had come by ferry, we had only a finite time to see Monaco, so this was a huge disappointment. While I’m sure this service has accommodated many visitors, we caution that you plan well in advance as this particular service is neither strait forward for first time visitors, nor reliable.

Disappointed and waste of money - Do not book. We arrived via ferry and took us 40 minutes to find the closest bus stop. This included going in the wrong direction several times and asking locals for guidance before finding the closest stop. We traveled in July and bus was very hot with poor ventilation in the bottom. We were not provided with a map of town and arrival times were not reliable. Suggest to take the city buses as they are air conditioned and have visible and multiple signage. There are more city buses available for transfer, they are reliable, and provide arrival times for bus. I paid for five individuals and only used the hop on and off bus to get to one stop. Very disappointed in the service. Despite the poor reviews by other customers, thought we’d give it a try and now understand where poor reviews come from. Very upset that we paid for all five members of our family for one day pass and only used it from one stop to another.
