Our best submarine experience ever - My son and I ventured aboard this afternoon. We had previously had trips in a similar submarine in Tenerife a few years ago. I booked and paid online, we didn’t use the free bus as it left our resort at 9.15 and we wanted a lay in. The staff were friendly and helpful, when I advised my son was deaf and on the autistic spectrum they gave me a print out of the commentary to sign to him. The trip was great, the best submarine experience we have had. There is a man- made reef constructed like a ruined Greek city and this had attracted thousands of fish and creatures, plus marine vegetation, visibility was mostly good so we had lots to see. The reef will only get better as time goes on so there will be many years of adventures with the submarine.

Great trip! - Loved this! Great visibility. Saw lots of schools of fish, sting rays, star fish and ship wrecks. Such a great experience!

Great experience for the family - Is an experience to ride a submarine. Maybe the water is cloudy and you don't see much. Unfortunately, it's pretty short.

Great for kids - It is a great experience especially for children and the group photo was a huge bonus! The head phones kept falling off and we spent lots of time trying to adjust them to our kids ears..

Disappointed - Nice experience but a little disappointed. We expected to see more diversity of fish and we find that it is not worth the price because everything is a bit of a lie... We went down to only 17 meters underwater instead of 20 (written) 25 (oral) and it lasted 35 min departure and docking included instead of 40 min, for 30 min waiting in front of the counter... We keep beautiful images in mind despite everything but we do not repeat the experience.

A sinking feeling - From our hotel in playa des ingles it took about an hour and ten to arrive. Once submerged the visibility was poor with very little diversity of marine life , a baron ocean floor with some attempts at a man made reef and a few ship wrecks. Overall , very disappointed, over priced and the lack of enthusiasm from the staff said it all. Good to have said I've been in a submarine but would definitely not repeat this experience. A shame ,with a bit of effort and imagination they could and should improve this experience.

Staff was wonderful and... - Staff was wonderful and everything was well kept but the actual experience was barely visible and underwhelming unfortunately. Still a cool concept though, and I really appreciate everyone who works there.

Really disappointing - Very disappointing really. Overpriced for a start. Once underwater the visibility was shocking, and I suspect that they would have known that given they had probably done numerous trips prior to ours. The staff were very friendly though. The experience of going in a submarine was ok, would we recommend it-definitely not, spend your money elsewhere.
