AWESOME time off roading in Valley of Fire - Had a GREAT time riding in Valley of Fire with my best friend. The views along the ride were AWESOME and this was a great way for two non-hikers to see the beauty of this area.
This tour operator had a great focus on customer service and did their best to make sure everyone on the tour had a great time.
PRO TIP: do your best to get on a machine right behind the tour guide’s vehicle…. That way you can ride at speed in the event someone in your group is unsteady or just too cautious on an ATV.

Adventure in Las Vegas LIT - 5/5 review. Lunch and beverages were provided along with a shuttle to pick you up from your location.
The shuttle driver Mike was awesome. He provided the right energy before an event like this.
Upon arrival there was clear instruction and precautions.
The whole staff was amazing. Awesome experience and it was my first of many.

Incroyable - We went with my fiancé, we loved it!! Shuttle from the hotel in Las Vegas. Friendly staff, very efficient vehicles, exceptional scenery, 2 stops in the ride for incredible views, lunch break with sandwich chips and unlimited water provided. At the end a blower is available to remove the small dust on us. I recommend 1000%

Look no further! - The only bad I can say is the hour long van ride upon pick up but it helps so you can relax on the way back.
From the get go this is a full out action packed full out go adventure!! The trails are curvey, hilly, rocky, sandy, lil mounds to sort of jump.
This has been the best 4 wheel adventure I have done here ever! Many just go on plain roads and a little off road. This is so exhilarating.
At the 3/4 mark you are served a quick sub lunch and off you go again!
You WILL get dirty
You WILL have fun
You WILL want to do this again!

Great way to get dirty in all the right ways - Excellent service and an absolute blast. Picked and dropped off at
My hotel, great way to spend the afternoon. Machines were all in great shape and they definitely allowed us to have more fun than other similar tours in Vegas which I’ve done In the past.

Birthday Fun - We celebrated my husband’s birthday on this trip. We had a wonderful time our guide was great and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the experience. The only problem was getting to and from the activity. Our van driver, well he was more of a taxi driver than a tour bus/van driver. I can honestly say I was nervous on the drive to and from. He drove fast and in and out of traffic. On the way back not one vehicle passed us but a motorcycle. We however passed 100’s of vehicles on our way back to Vegas. I would suggest training and monitoring of drivers. Once you are in the Valley of Fire you will have a wonderful time.

Lovely Scenery, Lousy Customer Service - My experience with Adrenaline ATV Tours was less than perfect. I have booked many, many tours via TripAdvisor/Viator and never had an issue with communicating with the tour operator, when necessary. For the Valley of Fire 3-Hour ATV Tour, however, I had absolutely no proactive communication from them prior to the moment when our driver (Darian, who was awesome, by the way) phoned to let me know what time he would pick us up. Mind you, it was the DAY OF tour, and no one had previously reached out to give us this important information. As well, the day before, I messaged the tour operator via the TripAdvisor portal (“contact tour operator” button). I sent one message in the morning and one message in the late afternoon. No response. Eventually, desperate to find out what our pick-up time would be the next morning, I called Adrenaline ATV using the phone number on my TripAdvisor booking. Whoever took my call was clearly not interested in getting me any specific information; he said we would be picked up “between 8:30 and 9 a.m.” OK . . . I asked whether we could bring backpacks. “No.” He did not volunteer that lockers would be available for us to stow belongings in. I mentioned that I had sent two messages through TripAdvisor and he proceeded to tell me they don’t get those messages. Really?
Our next issue was that, after arriving and checking in at Adrenaline ATV, as soon as they learned we were rookie riders, we were immediately told we needed to “upgrade” to a different vehicle type. What? The TripAdvisor description specifically says “most travelers can participate,” with the caveat that this experience is not recommended for pregnant travelers or those with heart problems. Nowhere does it say that, if you are a first-time rider, we will recommend a different vehicle for you and charge you an additional $70. So, needless to say, we got off to a very rocky start.
Adding insult to injury, when we eventually arrived at the lunch stop, we learned that we were getting the “default lunch sandwich,” because we didn’t respond to their e-mail asking for our preference. What e-mail? There was no e-mail. Ugh!
For those of you who are experienced riders, I have no doubt you will enjoy this experience, if your objective is to ride as fast as you can in incredibly bumpy, sandy terrain. But if you’re not experienced or you actually want to be able to view the gorgeous rock formations other than at the two stops that are incorporated into the ride, either plan to be a passenger or look for a different experience. And Adrenaline ATV (1) should really explain the experience in in more detail on TripAdvisor and Viator, particularly if they’re going to charge more than the price that was quoted and paid at time of booking, and (2) work on improving their customer service.
I do want to end on a positive note, though. As mentioned, Darian was a terrific driver. And Justin, our guide, was also so pleasant and professional and clearly enjoys what he does.

Broken and careless with no customer service - Broken machines in disrepair and reckless drivers.
Sadly we spent a lot of money to have machines that broke, at the start and in the middle of our delayed and shortened tour.
We got to stand in the blazing sun for an hour while waiting for our tour guide’s machine to be replaced - which did not happen. Fortunately, one of the replacements for the 3 broken machines at the start was a 2-up so we were able to ride out without having to wait in the middle of the dessert for someone else to come pick us up.
You want adrenaline? Jump in their ancient van and take an hour long drive with their driver that texts while driving 92+ mph on low tires.
The rest of the tour will not be what you expect for your money. Even after calling, emailing, and calling again Michael, the owner, won’t reply to my emails.
Don’t bother with this place. You’ll be disappointed.

Scam. Stay away - Despite a confirmation from Viator and waiting at the designated pick-up location for over an hour the tour company never arrived to pick us up. The company later stated they didn’t have a reservation for my event. I’m not sure how I receive a CONFIRMATION communication from Viator but the tour was never confirmed. Never again with Viator or Valley of Fire. Very poorly operated
