During an herb walk we’ll find wild medicinal and eatable herbs and talk about how they can strengthen our health and help us build resilience towards common illnesses. The walk is in simple terrain and we hardly need to move since there are eatable herbs everywhere beneath out feet! Truly a Scandinavian jungle.
We’ll finish the walk with herbal tea and homemade cake containing seasonal herbs. Welcome!

Join us to discover how to spot wild edible herbs and connect with the Scandinavian wilderness. On an herbal tour, we’ll uncover wild medicinal and edible herbs, discussing how they can bolster our well-being and fortify us against everyday ailments. The tour takes place in easy terrain and there’s little need for movement as edible herbs abound right beneath our feet! It’s like a Scandinavian rainforest.
We’ll conclude the tour with some herbal tea and homemade cake infused with seasonal herbs. We look forward to welcoming you :)

Take a left by the main building at Råda Säteri. After less than 100 meters take the dirt road down to the right (with a sign saying “Crepe et ciel”). Follow the road, passed the greenhouse on the left down to the yellow house furthest towards the water. We meet on outside this yellow house.
