Great experience to learn Spanish food and culture - Our experience was excellent, it was well organized and informative at the market. Once we started preparing our food, the chef kept us all busy and engaged. We enjoyed meeting and making new friends from other places around the world and sharing stories and experiences.

Wonderful - Jose was very fun. Chef was very informative and we suggest buying the olive oil and the Paella mix from them. Its a time saver. Our classmates were very friendly and it gives you a chance to meet people from other regions.

Don't miss this amazing experience... - This experience was outstanding. Jose was a great host and full of enthusiasm. Best Paella I have ever tasted but of course I would say that as it was cooked by me but all credit goes to the amazing chef who used first class ingredients to help me make it.

Wonderful Experience - Walking through the incredible market was so interesting, and our guide, Anais, stopped ofteni to answer questions and offer explanations. From there, she led us on the short (about 10 minute) walk to the cooking class, which was fantastic. Anais was knowledgeable, articulate, and friendly. She shared so much information about the area and the food, even before the class. Our chef (sorry, I’ve forgotten her name) was also terrific and gave us a wonderful cooking experience. We did some prep and then Anais led us in an olive oil tasting. She also supported us in all aspects of the class. We worked in pairs as Chef gave clear directions and came around to assist. She made it fun and easy, and then we sat down to eat our individual paellas, along with homemade sangria. There was a non-alcohol option as well. We were even treated to a special surprise dessert. We enjoyed interacting with others while cooking and eating. Chef and Anais created a warm and friendly atmosphere; we found the entire experience to be delightful and would definitely do it again. Thanks so much to Anais and our chef!

Highly recommended! - We took the paella cooking class and we had a great time. Our guide, Javier, introduced us to the food culture in Málaga and toured the Atarazanas market. Following this quick tour, we headed to the kitchen where we were introduced to the chef who demonstrated and guided us through making paella and churros. The hands-on class was a great way to fully appreciate the steps to make paella, something we wouldn’t have dared trying before. We highly recommend this workshop!
