Great experience!!! - Great museum. Was able to get tickets thru Viator when the museum’s website didn’t have any tickets available online to purchase! Worked out great.

- This museum is a Spanish extension of the celebrated Parisian museum (in fact, in the main lobby has the model of the Piano-Rogers project). However, it does not mean that it is "the same", this museum has its own identity, and it is that from the street you can only see a colored glass box, which generates wonder and doubt, but it does not indicate anything else... which I find fantastic, because the access is through a side ramp and a cantilever flare that simply invites you to enter. The textures of the geometric pattern, as well as the light treatment of the interior facade, are extraordinary. The museum is elegantly sized towards the basement, going down through ramps and stairs over two main spaces, the aforementioned courtyard containing the cube and the main hall, a space of several heights where the exhibition in turn speaks for itself. In my case, it was my turn to visit the permanent collection, which is a feast of contemporary design and art, and Kandinsky’s retrospective, which only reinforces the importance of having exhibition spaces like this, well structured and with proper transitions between galleries. It is a gateway to culture and also, the anchor point of Pier 1 which is an extraordinary pedestrian and commercial space, is very worth visiting and living in this great architectural proposal.

Art in all its glory - An art lover, I enjoyed the discovery of this contemporary museum. The exhibition route took me to one of my favorite styles: lines. Note also the light of the colored cube.

Captivating multi-media leisure time exhibition - Thoroughly enjoyed the exhibits, there’s such a wide variety of media, paintings, sculpture and installations, there really is something for everyone. Some of the exhibits really made me smile, and I kept going back to have another look. Others were not my taste, but that’s ok, art is personal! The exhibitions are really well curated, there is plenty of space to enjoy the art, with no crowds rushing to move you on. This is a beautiful, calm place to spend a couple of hours lost in your thoughts, the audio guide gives context to the pieces. I went alone, whilst my family played on the beach, a treat to enjoy such wonderful art alone. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and there’s a great gift shop with a wide variety of classy art books, prints and souvenirs at reasonable prices.

Not to miss while in Granada - Fantastic museeum of modern art with a great exibithion and amzingly quiet. The location may be why most tourist may miss it but it is certainly worth a visit in addition to the much busier Picasso museeum.

Contemporary art near the sea - They served us on arrival very well, but not offering us much surveillance audioguides, a large and modern building well located near the port in our case free entrance both, there was an exhibition of contemporary art of urban life and nature.

Visit to the cube! - The cube and the colors are amazing. We wanted to go because of its connection to Paris. It is modern art. Some of it makes you wonder but I am not an art expert at all. What made it for me was a Matisse when I turned the corner. Beautiful! Small exhibition but still something to see.

Negative - Poor conditioning of the audio guide. No arrows on the ground to move in one order. Several unauthorized accesses in works... we arrive at it when there is no prohibition mark. An audio guide broke down, we try. Back all the stairs. A plethora of people talking to each other. Systematic welcome in English highly unpleasant. Unprofessional welcome. All this needs to be reviewed to give credibility. Shame on the organization. Yes, I do.

Waste of time and money - Reading the reviews, I was happy to discover that the exhibitions on display in January 2025 had inspired many people. Alas, that was not the case in my case :/ Well, exhibitions and museums are always a gamble.
