An exquisite experience - John is such a character, the tour end up being a show due to his awesome jokes and wide knowledge, especially with languages. Niagara worth seeing, the waterfall and Niagara on the Lake. Seemed like a movie. Would easily do again especially if John was our driver.

Great day out - great guide Johnny - We were a group of 11 from Australia and didn't have much time in Toronto. We booked this the day before - the agent was so helpful. As we were such a big group the bus came to our accommodation to get us first. Johnny was our guide and he was awesome - he really made the trip. Highly recommend this if you are short for time. We saw so much and Johnny was so knowledgeable, funny and entertaining!!

Fabulous! - From the excellent pick up from our hotel fantastic stops en route to the falls and a lovely driver, Gary, it was fabulous day. We took the lunch option and were not disappointed. The restaurant sat high, looking out over the falls. After lunch, the boat ride out to base of the falls was great fun. The whole trip was worth every penny and high praise goes to Gary, the driver, for being so informative.
I thoroughly recommend anyone to take this trip.

Day trip to Niagara Falls with lunch - Gary was our tour guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience, you get wet going into the falls and at any time other than summer the poncho's are mandatory but not enough, so dress appropriately. Lunch was tasty, but the view was amazing.

Same as above - We thoroughly enjoyed the Falls experience led by our guide extrordinare Johnny . He organised the weather, the views and the surrounding area.
Well not quite but we had a fantastic day with him .

Very good. The sights can’t be spoiled - Good tour. Late confirmation of hotel pickup done only one afternoon before departure. The lunch offered, frankly, is bad with an emphasis only on quantity not quality and next to nothing for vegetarians. Flies hovered over the dessert section. Our guide, Gary was, however, outstanding. His humour and the information he gave and his friendliness gives him 5 stars or ten out of ten. Gary is outstanding as a guide

Miss leading and over priced - The boat cruise experience was amazing. The buffet meal was also a unique touch and the vast knowledge of the tour guide was entertaining.
There was a degree of dishonesty with the trip in that I was told that I could upgrade to do the helicopter tour when I called in to enquire and booked the tour because of this assurance. My main reason for doing this particular tour was for the helicopter upgrade. To my surprise, the tour guard was unaware of this information, and due to time constraints, we could not do the Helicopter Tour. The trip therefore did not fulfill the company's commitment to me the customer.
