A professional chef will lead the session, offering easy-to-follow instructions on preparing some of Peru’s most beloved dishes, including Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, and Causa.
This culinary journey includes insights into the history of our dishes and information about some unique local fruits, vegetables, and spices. Ingredients are pre-prepared for convenience, ensuring maximum enjoyment.
The session begins with learning how to make a Pisco Sour, Peru’s traditional beverage.
For each dish, participants will have the chance to prepare their plates using culinary techniques guided by our chef, allowing for delicious creations and the flexibility to adjust ingredients to personal taste preferences (spice, salt, etc.).
All dishes are made with fresh, local ingredients, delivered on the day of the cooking class. Conclude the experience with a delightful espresso and a tasting of local desserts.
