It takes about 1 hour to get to Pachacamac, it is an archaeological complex that is a pre-Columbian citadel with adobe and stone palaces, and pyramidal temples. It is located about 31 km southeast of the city center.
We recommend a visit to Pachacamac first, as an introduction to the Inca culture before going to Cusco and Machu Picchu. You will better understand the Inca tradition!
