This majestic building was declared a national monument in 1999 and offers a stunning view of local history.
Right next door, we find the charming Church of the Miraculous Virgin, an architectural jewel built in 1930 in the neocolonial style. Its façade is a true work of art and, at night, its lighting makes it the center of attention of the entire block.
