Lima Ambassodors BIKE tour - Emanuel was an excellent communicator. He took the time to explain the history, and culture of beautiful Lima. He also recommend places to visit and eat during our stay in Lima.

Highlights in Barranco/Miraflores - The tour exceeded my expectations and I was able to see all the important spots in Miraflores and Barranco in a short time. My guide Manuel was brilliant!!! He was very informative and patient, very competent and also gave lots of insider tips.

Best Afternoon So Far! - Absolutely the best way to see the sites and get some exercise! My guide Manuel was extremely knowledgeable, súper friendly and very eager to explain every stop along the way. It was very obvious Manuel loved his job and it showed in his attention to detail, and his English is fantastic! I can’t say enough about this tour!!!

Awesome views! Great host - I rode for about 2 hours. It was so much fun. Great host who was very knowledgeable and took us to very beautiful places in Miraflores. We stopped by for a pisco sour at the end. Highly recommend!

Fun bike trip - Overall i enjoyed my biking trip along the boardwalk in Miraflores and Barranco.
Bikes could have been better though and better maintained. Mine was not particularly in good shape. Manny tried his best to make the tour fun and shared his knowledge with us in the different spots.

Great time to see more of Lima - We had a great time on this tour. The hosts and guide were very accommodating and we felt safe the entire time. We had plenty of time at each stop to enjoy the site and to take photos.
The only thing is be get there a little early and be careful to choose the right bike and try it out for at least a few minutes. The bikes are showing their age and some are not well maintained and difficult to ride.

Nice tour but needs improvements and safety measures. - Our guide Manny was great, very knowledgeable, but the bikes were in poor condition. Riding through downtown Miraflores seems dangerous, even though you are on the bike path. The path is tight and goes through many intersections. It would be better if the tour started at the path in the Parks instead of bike shop.

Worst bike tour of our lives - The guide started the tour by telling us that his wife had her cell phone stolen on the same street the tour started on, but that we shouldn’t be worried at all. Then, he told my husband, who identifies as afrodominican, that he does not consider him to be black. He also used offensive language during the tour, and was defensive with us when we called him out on it. The guide made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We would not recommend this tour to anyone - it was one of the worst bike tours we have done in our lives.

Massive disappointment - We were told by our Viator rep that this business could facilitate children’s seats and helmets. When we arrived the man who runs the business was condescending and even provocative about the fact that we were at his business and he didn’t have the equipment for kids. He tried to solve the problem by having us put our child on a bike luggage rack!!
When a refund was requested it was denied by the company.
