Just book it already!!! - I visited Mindelo, St. Vincent from December '23 through February '24. The Green Line Full Day Tour was one of the highlights of my trip! From start to finish everyone was attentive, informative, friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to assure a positive and memorable experience. Paulo welcomed me with a big smile and gregarious spirit. Angela kindly explained all my options. She kept in touch via Whatsapp and promptly followed up on any other questions that I had. Rui, our tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging. It was apparent that he put a lot of effort into making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the tour. The restaurant where we stopped for lunch was crowded, but somehow he managed to get us a table in a timely manner, suggested some delicious options, and attended to our needs with grace and personality! Being an "open tour", we met other people from different countries which enhanced the experience. I definitely would book another tour with Green Line Tours!

Perfect island tour - Absolutely perfect island tour led by the extremely likeable duo Rui (tour guide) and Nani (driver). Rui and Nani presented their island with a lot of passion, humor and friendliness. Information was provided in a very pleasant way. The well-being of the customers was very important to both of them and the restaurant chosen for the lunch break was also excellent. I can highly recommend the island tour!

Fabulous full-day tour of São Vicente - The full-day excursion of the island of Sao Vicente with Danny and Champ of Green Line Tours felt different between tour guides and visitors. Both made me feel so welcome, and it felt more like a meeting of friends or family. I cannot thank them enough for the beautiful day, which I will never forget as an exceptional day. At the same time, both guides were very knowledgeable about the history and natural history of the island. A wealth of information was shared, which has given me insights that cannot be obtained from a guidebook. The island tour felt relaxed at all times. Over six hours, we explored Mindelo's historical and cultural sites, drove up to Monte Verde and met the inspiring Michel, who designed a contraption to extract water from low-hanging clouds. He is also a fantastic host who offered us a taste of his excellent coffee and distilled grogue. We then went to the beautiful beach at Baia das Gatas to swim in the blue sea before heading along the coastal road with cliffs covered in Saharan desert sand. We enjoyed a delicious fish lunch in Calhau in the restaurant Hamburg, visited the sea turtle refuge and met good old Cesar (a seemingly contend turtle) and his mates. Then, it was time to head back to Mindelo through the greener heart of the island. Thank you, Danny and Champ, for a beautiful time. Also, thanks to Angela at Green Line Tours, who patiently answered my questions. I wish everyone at Green Line Travel the best for the future. I recommend booking your travel to Cape Verde with them. Hopefully, I will see you again someday.

Tailor-made experience in Santo Antao and Sao Vicente - Green Line offers a very professional service. They help us to plan an almost two weeks vacations (honeymoon) to Santo Antao and Sao Vicente with my wife. We did several hikes in Santo Antao, with an excellent guide and driver. Always punctual, paid attention to details and respectful. In Sao Vicente, we did some tours and walks, where we met the managers, who are very friendly. This is a local agency with high standards of professionality. Recommended for families, couples, they speak good English or French. From the beggining, Green Line prepared a tailor-made offer for us, they listened to our demands and provided their expertise of both islands. Grenn Line works with local staff which is a plus, and provides an amazing experience!

Informative and great! - Mitch and Nany were excellent. I was a little wary about being the only passenger but it was great. Both of them were very engaging and I got to ask a lot of questions. It was windy in the morning but it got warmer in the afternoon. Did not swim in Baia dos Gatos because it was too cold but I put my feet in. The lunch was perfect - big portions. It was cool to see the other tour guides and we coincided with them at various stops. Mitch and Nany also showed me places to eat that night and watch live music. All solid recommendations! Would definitely recommend to get some history on the island and Cape Verde.

Unforgettable - This is one of those few times where the experience exceeded by far the expectations. Carlos is a native from Sao Vicente who wants his island to be more visible to tourists after working 6 years as a guide in Sal. Hernany is a lovely guy who loves to tell jokes and show you around. I was told about the history of the country and the island. I tasted several types of grogue, had a bath in crystal water and visited several spots before having a delicious lunch. The tour lasted 1 hour more than expected. They don't rush you. I also had a surprise. It seems that lunch was included even the Viator tour page said it was not.

Best tour so far! - We did a fantastic 1 day tour with Paulo around São Vincente. Paulo is a funny, sweet and attentive guide. We have done lots of tours in the past but the one with Green Line Tours was the best. We learned a lot about the history and culture of São Vincente. The lunch was delicious. Thank you Paulo for the perfect day!
