- Minca - Passengers are picked up from Santa Marta at 8:30 am to be taken to the start of the tour.\n\nYou will visit some locals entrepreneurs from the region while you have the right to have juice and chocolate bread for about one hour. \n\nThe motorcycles and helmets with instructions for their use will be delivered to the participants. If the person does not know how to drive, they will be given a guide to drive.\n- Finca Victoria - The journey to Victoria coffee farm takes 20 minutes and as soon as they reach the farm, you will be given a coffee tour in these facilities, which were founded in 1885 and which have equipment dating back to the industrial revolution. You will taste a delicious coffee.\n- Pozo Azul - Pozo Azul \nbeautiful waterfall with natural pool where participants can bathe in its refreshing crystalline waters and explore the surroundings a little(20 )min\n\n- Museo del Cacao de Minca - The Museo del cacao of Minca is a place full of delicacies and products of the region where the participant can buy sub products of cocoa.\n\n- Birdwatching Adventures Jungle Joe Minca Tours - After Pozo Azul we will proceed to drive 15 min to Jungle Joe Bamboo house .\n-A brief talk about bamboo as a building element in Colombia (30 min).\n-Visitors will be served by their host Joe with a gourmet lunch.(40min).\n\n-The biodiversity talk (30min).\n\n-Cocoa workshop \nHistory and process from the fruit to the cup.\nYou will learn techniques to increase the alkaloid that exists in Cacao and will learn to make your own cacao bar (30 min).

Next up is Pozo Azul, a stunning natural pool where you can take a dip.
Following this, a sumptuous gourmet lunch awaits in a restaurant constructed from native Bamboo. There will be discussions about the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta’s biodiversity, the use of Bamboo as a building material, and a cocoa workshop offering a taste of a chocolate bar. Our day ends with a return to Santa Marta.
