Once in a lifetime experience - We had a private tour with Zac and he was awesome! We got up close to some manatees, dolphins, and fish. The sunset was beautiful and the bioluminescence was amazing. Would definitely do it again and recommend going to anyone!

Amazing! - We had the best time at the sunset/bioluminescence tour! It was absolutely breathtaking at sunset and our guides were awesome (Bonnie and Chris (or maybe it was Mike…I’m sorry I cannot remember but he was phenomenal!)). We took our young kids (ages 6 and 8) and it was fun for them to take in the views and see the bioluminescence at night. Thank you to Bonnie for staying with me as I was the slowest kayaker in our group! Pack the bug spray…honestly take it on the kayak. Those mosquitoes are no joke. Would do this tour again in a heartbeat…great way to spend time with the family!

Incredible Kayak Experience - This was an amazing trip! Our tour guide Josiah was so knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area; he was incredibly nice and very interesting. Being within an arms length of manatees, seeing the dolphins jumping 10 yards away, and then seeing the glowing of the bioluminescent plankton in the water as we paddled around was something I will never forget - and we will definitely be doing this again!

This was a wonderful experience - The bioluminescence tour we took was truly amazing! Our guide Chris was exceptional; very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything we saw. We kayaked to areas near manatees and dolphins where the mammals swam all around us. The sunset was gorgeous, but at nightfall, the water glowed in the dark with any movement. It was spectacular! Chris took us to an area where the fish illuminated the water as they jumped and swam between our kayaks. Three of us had fish actually jump into our kayaks! It was crazy but such a fun experience. I would definitely recommend this trip!

Worth it! - It was an awesome tour! Zack was personable and so knowledgeable about the wildlife. We saw numerous dolphins, jellyfish, birds, and some of the plankton. Tried to visit the manatees, but they weren’t haven’t it lol! Will definitely be back during August next time, as that’s when the plankton are most abundant! My son and I had a great time!

An evening kayak with a unique experience. - We enjoyed our trip. There were 12 kayaks (including the 2 guide kayaks) of us from what appeared to be different experience levels. All of the kayaks were tandem and you were paired up to fill each one so if you have an odd number in your group you will be paired with someone from another group. We had a positive experience with this as well. The guide was informative with the bioluminescence & it was a unique experience to see. It was a 2nd trip doing this for 2 in our party & they stated with their 1st trip they were able to do a few more things with that guide group. It was a fun time & I would recommend it. We even drove almost 3hrs across the state to do it. BRING BUG SPRAY & wear light weight clothes that you are okay getting wet. There were portapotties at the launch site.

Worst Experience. Concerned for Safety! - Worst experience ever! BUYER BE AWARE, YOUR SAFETY IS AT RISK WITH THIS COMPANY! Please do not book with them. We arrived at 6pm for our 6:30 tour. It was heavily raining with thunderstorms, our car was slipping due to the heavy rain. We tried calling multiple numbers since 5:30 to get ahold of the company because we were worried about our safety. Once we got there we spoke to the tour guide who mentioned visibility and weather is not safe and we would receive a refund. When I called the company the next day they refused to give us a refund stating the rains cleared at 6:50ish and we should have waited for the storm to pass. This company goes against its policy and safety of customers. It should be reported. The owner also comes on here to harass reviewers.
